@Danimal876 could you send me a message when you are free please?

guessing the account is still active. no double standards, right?

I saw a bit of that. I hope it moves forward.

All you need is a dehydrator, a slab of lean meat, some spices, and a knife.

Grayson, at the same time, cancer cells like sugar. Gluconeogenesis on a carnivore diet might starve cancer. ymmv

( the level of gluconeogenesis being too low)

heavy cream has basically no carbs

The only thing I'm sure about regarding nutrition is don't listen to thr USDA.

I was bow hunting in rural PA earlier this year. My friend there has a "Southern Pride" tattoo. He was upset about IE's tattoo rules. Feels pretty southern there, especially with the "youinz" accent.

Which is a hillarious and endearing accent, btw. I was amused.

@Papa Pizzagate ๐Ÿ‘. He does though, regrets it. Do you say youinz?

Its pennsylvanian for yall

we were near WV yup

exactly Ian hah

I've been to TX so many times that I adopted "y'all."

See, we're very diverse. Regional dialects abound.

Fayette county

I say wahder

Some MO people say crick too.

its a fancy word for amaretto, inho. you put it with sour mix.

or, you know, just have a whiskey, neat.

Bogl. You had both a specific brand of amaretto and some chocolate milk at the ready? I have neither.

I do have 3 gallons of mead, though.

I made 5 gallons at midsummer and "tried" it for yule.

In quotes. :D

AA meeting.

You can't lactose?

day 326/and no wall. update tomorrow!

Nice Respectable People ๐Ÿ‘

she's at Bernies

They have over 9000 new memes now...

I'm not sure why the media is picking this up right now. There are many microbes associated with Alzheimer's; Not all of them are associated with oral cavity disease. The gum disease association research has been out for a few years now. The research does suggest that improved oral hygiene may help to delay onset of Alzheimer's. So, yeah, brush/floss. Soda/juice are bad. Diet soda too - acid. Also, anything that dries your mouth is bad - nicotine, some meds...

You can be a patron and participate in activism or not. I participated in the event at Nashville and have gone flyering.

If you can swing it, it's a good thing. It's an opportunity to support our organization a little bit more.

@Jacob we have a member that said he was going to put IE in his will. I can ask him to message you if you want to talk about it.

I cry when I lose a family member. Outside of that, it's random once every 3-5 years. Oh, and onions...

This is the argument for universal basic income. Robots replace labor that lower IQ people can do. We then have to take care of them. We can't do that if we're 80% black and mexican. If there were a few 80s IQ whites, we could wing it.

I went to a free dental clinic for work. All of the receptionists were Mexican. All of the patients were Somali with a lot of children getting free state funded care. Also, recently saw a ~1200 sq ft house with 15 mexican children exiting. I counted.

Just FYI - Sickle cell trait provides protection against malaria. That's likely why it hasn't been selected against in the black population in Africa.

He may be less candid if it is public.

Morning. Kamala Harris (grr) just started her campaign for 2020. It's almost 2 years before the election. Why do we start so early. It's like the people that put up Christmas lights before Thanksgiving. I'm sure no Identitarians do that.

-26 in St. Paul. Wonder if the Somali are questioning their decision to move there.

I do believe in the Bernie 1% narrative borrowed from Occupy and that the globalists continue to concentrate wealth and power and try to keep us down and in debt.

I also believe that resonates with a lot of people.

The issue with the socialist egalitarian thought is they want egalitarian outcomes despite variability with level of effort and general aptitude.

Cultural Marxism can be partly seperated from socialist economic thought. But they bundle it together. Intersectionality and the left's mob mentality hampers any reasonable discourse targeting crony capitalism / oligarchy.

Aren't they a small percentage of the population? The overrepresentation is suprising, no? I wonder what's going on...

I still see it as a counter to and reminder of the "soy" effect. Soy including not just estrogen compounds, but also sociatal pressures toward emasculinization. They're still pumping out diatribes about toxic masculinity. We could counter it without memes, though.

At some point, everything old is new again. I have a friend with a mullet. Maybe we can establish a 3 year refresh cycle on memes.

how long since the game ended? i just found out who won. I always try to see how long I can go without knowing. I did pretty bad this year.

Admissions standards are too low and everyone is now expected to go. I have a relative who couldn't pass community college intro to psych. There's no reason he should have been there. Our system should have guided him to a skilled trade.

Hmm. Universities should have a concentration of the best minds in a dicipline. An individual empolyer wouldn't likely have that level of expertise to pass along.

Job training is distinct from theoretical background. Additionally, I think there is benefit to the "well rounded education" notion. And, large companies could have an additional expert or a few, but not every business model can be expected to sustain the weight of having a ton of extra people.

Though, for some diciplines, I think mentor/apprenticeship could be more heavily utilized.

I'd agree. Programming is similar to skilled trades in a way. You could make a similar arguement for medicine, tbh, which is how that used to be done - with mentors. But with that example, I'd like a doc to understand physicis and chemistry that relates to cellular biology that relates to the pharmacology before I get a medication from that doc.

A meta-analysis by the annals of internal medicine suggest no correlation between saturated and unsaturated fats and heart disease. They find of course trans fats to be dangerous. Omega-3s continue to appear to be helpful. We definitely need some renewed research and guidelines.

Of course, that is teasing out confounds such as weight and activity.

I lie awake at night angry about nutrition research.

If I eat carbs, I eat pupusas.

Hes gonna sing from sea to shining sea soon

Reeducation camps sound dystopian. I wouldn't put it past some to push for it though. We need to be sure RBG's replacement respects the 1st amendment. They're not all crazy. Even the ACLU defended the right of the pointy hat guys to march.

That one nutty black preacher guy who did an interview with J Taylor I'd say is mostly with us. I had to stop listening to him though when he didn't understand that a Presbyterian was a Christian.

yes. peterson. i felt IQ points being ripped from my brain.

Seems to me that major world religions all have some dark parts historically. I feel that Islam hasn't moved on and is still in it's dark age. I'm not familiar enough with it's tennents to know if it can. But it is a monotheistic Abrahamic religion. Current day though, I agree. It's pretty bad.

I see 'x' encouraged to apply all the time. @Ecarttev

Salt Lake Tribune is at least saying Nationalists and not Supermacists, though the distinction is lost on most. My biggest gripe is that they said we try to intimidate others. Advocating for self != intimidating others. We specifically avoid actions that could be taken as intimidating by doing things like avoiding synegogues, black student unions, etc. Not that I expect to get credit for our upstanding behavior, but, I do. ๐Ÿ˜

successful temper tantrum. just the title tells me I'm gonna be both amused and angry.

Never realized Tim Wise was such a bad writer. Besides being an idiot, he failed to keep my attention. 3/4 read. tl;dr. synopsis, you failed thoughout history and are going to fail again and will be outnumbered.

that kinda stuff gets attention. props.

btw reminder to be active... exercise is as effective as antidepressant medication for mood. morning! ๐ŸŒž

@Lawrence of Eurabia first baby rh mismatch is usually ok. second rh+ with - mom is the big problem.

mom has all the preformed antibodies and they attack the second kid

that feeling when reading a comment that gets shoahed..

have to wait for rosanne to sing, yup

@Jacob is that site better than prometheus

oh its Promethease

Can we get #notmypresident trending again?

I feel like there's a lot of aplolgists with Trump. For example, he could order deportations in sanctuary cities. He's chief of the executive branch and responsible for enforcement and the cities are activly harboring illegals. I would love to see what would hapoen if he had a federal agent arrest a liberal mayor.

I read it <:teehee:381917632359563264>

Clapton made strong identitarian remarks about England in the 70s. /ourguy/ at heart. I didn't know that.

I assume that chinese character means pineapple.

@Perihelion - CA actually a valid point. whites get cyctic fibrosis, blacks get sickle cell, jews get a ton of wierd genetic disorders.

if we are all the same we are all at risk for disease x

over here you get kraut and on the other side crepes. and then theres slavic land up north they learned how to make tacos. the italians will subspecialize in curry. bam, it's planned out.

the US slavic population already here. I'm confident we can trust em with tacos.

Jawrence sounds weird anyway.

head cold + sudafed. weird humor today.

The french figured out how to cut and deep fry potatoes though. It was a plot to kill the Irish and Americans.

wikipedia rabbit hole time on the origin of various vegetables...

๐Ÿ‘‹

Latin America uses the title engineer liberally also.

everyone who isn't an engineer puts licensed before their name as a title.

NW European mutts, unite!

English Irish Dutch German Icelandic

I think that barring extensive European immigration, we have enough admixture as Americans that we won't fall back into the Irish and Italian etc ethnic conflicts again. We're Evropean Americans at this point.

@Perihelion - CA true. I think it's more regional pride and less stark conflict.

Each area has developed its own heritage, but still American.

grits vs oatmeal. sweet tea vs unsweetened. just don't attack the stars and bars.
