Sure, when larger groups migrate and stay within their own group even after migrating, sure, integration does not work.
But individuals migrating are often perfectly integrated into their new society

but how come then that the US has worked so very fine and has become even more integrated through time since it started with very culturaly different groups that has continually worked together and built what stands today? Europeans may all share different shades of white but it sure is not the same, not the same culture and not the same mindset etc.

Well sweden is historicly very homogenous when it comes to genetics.
However a very strong "workers movement" has caused extreme social policies to have developed.

Poor circumstances for the average people during and just before the industrialization paired with creation of workers groups formed a united political front of people who wished to steal from the rich. Both workers and the rich were all swedish whites.

100 years ago we were farmers and so were they. Now neither of us are and neither of us are in the industrialization stage

Because our people chose to focus on institutions, science and commerce etc. Many of these countries does not, or focuses on completly different development such as personal gain (corruption) and power disputes.

And now we in the west has started focusing on helping everyone but ourselfes. Very interesting.
