I replaced the lifting with 200 pushups every other day, in increasing reps per set to meet that goal. (I'm at 35 now started at 15), daily pull-ups in the Russian pull up ladder, +hanging ab exercises, situps and 20 minute boxing drills, either footwork, shadowbox ing or bag work on the non-pushup days.
