I doubt they can even pronounce that name tbh.
I donโt really see Barrow as America anyways, tbh I donโt really see much of the country as America anymore
want to see some real shit? look up the inuit domestic violence rates
I want it back, but these days itโs occupied territory
it does happen to be 57 percent inuit
how did I know that?
I guess that makes it a smidge more justifiable
And there are definitely bigger fish to fry
Otherwise, we could all take a trip up to jfkfkfnsvfagzhx, Alaska.
Who's with me! (Not me)
Lol
It's a long drive <:nervous:359009898115104770>
Lol that it is
It's pretty funny to read about Inuit domestic violence/drug/alchohol problem in these super remote 90% inuit towns and see the authors desperately try to blame white people
somehow, someway, this must be white people's problem
When will people take responsibility for their actions? That's a dumb question I guess.
Probably never
I guess we did invent hard alchohol
so that's on us
No, if I invent a gun and you shoot somebody with it that's your fault.
Are we willing to apply the same rubric to big pharma and the fent crisis?
What's goin on here guys?
That's a solid point.
But you were never perscribed alcohol, or a bullet for that matter.
Health care professionals are instructing you to take those drugs under the guise that they will make you a healthier person.
That is deception.
You are told what alcohol and guns do.
if I was king of Alaska I'd ban alchohol sales to Inuit communities
That would be my only rebuttal.
But it's a very good point
the delusion that different people groups can all live under the same laws is silly and frankly that's on us as the ruling class. It's our delusion.
Native americans can't handle alchohol and it should be criminal to sell it to them
@Perihelion - CA I totally agree with you on that. And as a side note, this is why I love discussions like this, it really challenges beliefs.
I'm all about learning something new.
@Perihelion - CA We should apply the same logic. These drug problems aren't the fault of whatever researcher designed the drug, they're the fault of the people who market them to poor rural people who don't know better and think it'll solve their problems.
I agree
I know there's the counter argument of "they were dumb for taking the prescription bla bla bla", but I think most people have an expectation that they can trust medical professionals
It's not like most of us would know better if a doctor told us to do something
Yeah that's my point, doctor isn't telling you to drink. A doctor would sooner tell you not to drink.
You're supposed to be able to trust doctors.
ya not gonna lie, a doctor tells me to do something I'll probably do it without thinking
I think more generally don't give addicted substances to people who can't handle them
I would say a fraction of the blame does lie on the shoulders of the addicted, but I would place the majority of the responsibility solely at the feet of the medical professionals who are supposed to have our best interests, and not their pocketbooks, at heart.
to be honest, with some of these people, I don't know if *any* of the blame is on them
We pay doctors for an expected standard of expertise in solving our medical problems. Deferring to an "expert" is commonplace because very few can be good at everything. Problem is when everything is profit-motivated, including the treatments, and doctors get wined-and-dined by pharma companies, we don't get unbiased solutions.
I'm sure that's the case, especially regarding the elderly.
if you're some poor old rural dude who doesn't even know how the internet works, what exactly are you expected to know?
now add to that that you have chronic pain and just wanna get it over with
We get the solution that is most profitable for the companies, but can have side effects that are an accepted risk to *them*
Add to the commoditization of healthcare, such that few have a more personal relationship with their doctor...
@Jacob absolutely right
A doctor who is also a good friend you'd invite to social functions would not prescribe something likely to harm you long term. A doctor from a foreign culture who came here because they can make big bucks is different...
@wolfwood and oh my gosh half* the doctors are of foreign birth now
*Not literally, but it seems like that sometimes
I think the pharma execs who deliberatly marketed opiods to the vulnerable, and lobbied medical profession to change standards to proscribe more opiods should be dealt with as traitors
Back in CA I had to go out of my way to find a general doc who was white, and even then she was still an immigrant, with a heavy (but nice) accent.
all their familial wealth should be confiscated, company nationalized etc
@wolfwood That's something a lot of Americans don't realize, that these people who come here from foreign cultures to make money do *not* care about you
medical profession delibarely keeps medical school positions limited while importing foreign doctors
Literally no one comes here for "muh freedoms" or whatever civnats claim
also discriminates against whites
I grew up around immigrants and you guys have no idea how many times people have blatantly said that they don't actually care about America and they're just here to take what they can
Also, side not, I absolutely cannot stand heavy accents
America means white settlers
so obviously non whites don't care about that
I don't like accents in general but heavy ones are the worst
@wolfwood consider this.
Do you think it would be in affective strategy to "END Immigration" by appealing to the fact that when we take in the third worlds few and far between "higher educated people" we cheat that country out of further development by gobbling up it's higher IQ, and more effective people?
It would have the same effect no matter how we frame the argument
brain drain is a very good argument
we should throw all the narratives out there and see what sticks
It's essentially the perfect storm from start to finish to harm white people. The drug companies are motivated to make addictive treatments (not cures), the doctors are motivated to prescribe the treatments that make them the most kickback benefits from pharma companies (and return patient visits?), and a society that *cannot* admit white people are a group deserving of compassion and help.
white people not being willing to help out poor white people while preferring africans was a theme back in 1920
@Jordan - MD I've seen the brain drain argument used, but have not seen any minds changed by it, in that moment/argument.
@Perihelion - CA oh God and they go out of their way to do it, too
It somehow always comes back to "needing" the people to fill positions
When American brains move to India, white people will wake up and claim their land.
I'm surprised that it's observably ineffective at changing minds in the moment because I feel like even if you were talking to a social justice Warrior, talking about being unfair to an African nation is something they seem like they would be very into
My dad has gone on multiple trips to volunteer in central America. Like, don't your own people need help?
They would argue that you are bringing forth the brain drain argument in bad faith and that you just want to make the country whiter.
it's easier to imagine people you don't deal with often are innocent victims rather than tied up in their own problems
I would argue, who cares if I'm saying it in bad faith, the argument is equally valid
@Freiheit - CA actual brains, in jars?
Fair but they have no idea what angle you're coming at if you're just a random person on the Internet or something, so maybe it would be more effective not face-to-face lol
The brain drain argument only makes sense when America becomes the third world.
People simply can't grasp that there's also nothing really wrong with economic contraction. If there's a labor shortage, so what? Wages go up? Prices of real estate fall? Where exactly is the damage occurring? Top-end incomes aren't as padded?
@olly-CA no the investing class understands it perfectly
^
They love this argument for open borders as well, there is almost a total consensus between economists of all disciplines, that entirely open borders would see global GDP increase by 50% by the end of the decade.
To be honest, though, I don't even use the brain drain argument in bad faith. Part of the reason I'm so anti-immigration is the effect it has on Eastern Europe.
East Germany is starting to move into Eastern Erope
wait what?
brain drain is about to be in their favor if they keep up the anti muslim laws
not sure what you mean by that
Oh wow
It means that a lot of Eastern Germany feels comfortable enough in order to move into Eastern Europe to escape the onslaught of muslims. So Eastern Europe will benefit because, if I recall correctly, Germany has a higher average IQ. Even more than that, a better economic situation to further citizens academics. So they will get a lot of skilled labor in Eastern Europe. Germany will lose that skilled workforce and suffer for it.
Brain drain is a result of both push and pull factors. Push because higher-skilled/specialist professions often pay very poorly in less developed countries so there is less incentive to stay. Pull because of the very high (perhaps inflated) salaries the same jobs draw in more developed countries.
And those same pull factor countries often create targetted incentives to snag those more talented people.
I've never thought about that before but I'm not surprised many Germans are leaving.
We have a huge landmass and plenty of people needing skilled labour, with big brains. It is as you said @wolfwood , a perfect anti-white storm.
Doctors move where they can work.
We won't lose brains until there is a "better America". Imho
It's all $$$
Yeah:
I keep thinking if we just keep trolling the world enough they'll eventually just give us our own containment country to be rid of us
If people start thinking "I want to work hard to better the lives of my countrymen and community" instead of "I want to study hard so I can make a lot of money" then we will head in the right direction.
It's worked before... @Perihelion - CA
containment board nationalism
@wolfwood correct, but we can't change how people are raised unless we raise our own people. We all need 10 kids.
10 homeschooled kids
Yup
Poz free zones
That wife is gonna have her work cut out for her
by 4 they start raising themselves
Free range parenting โค
It's funny that the media shows us a world where the US is seen as a "world police", but many many people I've talked to out of the country know exactly who's pulling americas strings. While still many stateside are completely clueless to the idea.
2 is the hump
@Jordan - MD America is the addict that won't let you take their bottle.
I never thought Trump would be doing the state enforced homosexuality thing but, y'know, clown world n all.
Until America admits it has a demonic infestation, it will fight anyone opposing the puppet masters.
If Russia did it we can
Based
Russia had to lose 100million people before they cleaned house
@wolfwood yeah, not getting my vote as of now.
Ahem
Btw @Freiheit - CA I move to Montana and a few months later this happens
https://ktvq.com/news/montana-news/2019/02/13/montana-house-endorses-bill-replacing-columbus-day-state-holiday-with-indigenous-peoples-day/
That's true
Well, here's to hoping we're quicker
Dude...Montana needs us more than ever lol
I keep thinking of bumper stickers saying "It's still Columbus Day"
Our greatest enemy is other whites
And/or sitting in front of the capitol building with a sign
Good idea @wolfwood
our enemy is the Tenets of Quakerism which are basically our state religion
@Perihelion - CA Elaborate.
Please
@Jordan - MD Hmmmm. Normally what I would tell you is that it's not antithetical for it to be bad for both countries. While one country loses due to brain drain, the other country loses due the losing the incentive to educate their own workers. *However*, Poland right now has a lot of skilled workers leaving, so it *could* benefit from limited immigration of culturally similar skilled workers.
Though, the culturally similar part is important. Germans are obviously preferable to Filipinos, though I still don't think it would be worth it due to the fact that is still is a different culture and would likely be bad for social cohesion.
I'd say Poland could benefit a lot of Polaks abroad coming back.
You sound wrong.
Last time there were Germans in Poland, polish didn't like the Germans being there very much...I mean before they invaded
There was actually a great story about that
Too bad it was never told
Lol
A. Modern thought is plagued with a virus causing symptomatic outbreak of insanity under the guise of the quest for equality and liberty. This virus is a meme-plex comprised of 4 interrelating memes.
These memes are upon inspection analogues to the tenets of Quakerism, that is: distilled anabaptist theology or it's direct Dawksonian athiestic analogue.
(i) Belief in a loving God/ The Universe progresses toward human good
(ii) Inner revelation is the supreme authority for interpreting God's will / Pure reason can guide man into moral harmony with mankind and universe
(iii) All men are equally capable of achieving inner revalation / All men are equally capable of applying reason
(iv) Best way to love God is through practical helpfulness to man / Rationality leads us to cooperative altruism.
B. The viral memes would be innocuous, perhaps even beneficial if they remained purely spiritual. But they have not. They have breached the spiritual realm into the material.
Specifically Tenet (iii) and (iv) combined make a statistical claim about reality. As such it is Falsifiable. This is the root of the madness.
1. If all men are equally capable of achieving inner revelation and that revelation leads them to cooperation and altruism then we must observe this in reality
This translates to the claim that human behavior with regards to reason and morality is uniformly distributed. This is a corollary to the claim of Human Neural Uniformity. Uniform distribution predicts average behavioral proxies between population groups will be equal. We do not observe this in reality
2. Because we do not observe equal behavior or reason between population groups we must either:
a. Reject Tenet (iii) and or Tenet (iv) and in doing so bring stern scrutiny upon Tenet (i) and (ii).
b. Blame the inequality upon obstacles that distort man's innate natural expression of good will. I.E. Blame society and lack of education.
3. Since human beings are not equal, and not equal in reason or propensity toward altruism, all efforts to bring equality to bear via social reform or education fail. This heightens the tension and calls either for a collapse of faith into nihilism or a doubling down of efforts.
The Constant Social reform brought on by the Falseness of Tenets (iii) and (iv) creates a culture of chaos which is a perfect ecosystem for sociopaths and parasitical subcultures to inhabit
Weird.
@Jordan - MD Eastern Europe would probably be wise to institute emigration restrictions and incentives to emigrants to come back. I think bringing Germans in in large numbers would cause problems down the line.
Thank You for elaborating.
You activated my trap card
One of the worst things neo-cons did was put sanctions on the Eastern Bloc for restricting emigration
You activated my ignore card
Roll D5
@Jacob for permanent residency of course. One would hope that they wouldn't be doing that. You're right. Down the line that would be an issue.
Lol
Good post. Is that from a specific blog/site?
that's OC
No wonder.
quakerism dumped God so it could colonize our state apparatus
Hence Richard Nixon
Letting German skilled workers in on temporary skilled visas while the Poland tries to get it's own brain drain problem sorted out might not actually be *that* bad of an idea
And since they're Western Europeans they can probably be trusted more to go back when their time is up
@Jacob yeah and hopefully Germany will go back to normal eventually
One can dream
You should elaborate a bit more and submit it to a place like Counter-Currents @Perihelion - CA
Germany can go back to normal if normal Germans stay dedicated and don't give up and leave
They're demographically far better off then the US
So they still have a very good chance
๐ฎ
oof that's actually pretty bad
@Nemets does โmigrantโ include non-german european?
but still literally better than the US
As a child of Polish immigrants, I can tell you that Polish immigrants aren't much better than Turks
Eastern Europeans arenโt Germans and should count as immigrants
I believe in Munich, native births recently fell to below 50% of total births.
Based @Lawrence of Eurabia
Those poor people
Eastern Europe used to be home to 4-6million germans
so germans returning would be return to historically normal
@Nemets i almost said something like that.
Iโm really worried about Western Europe
Me too, but I'm more worried about America.
I'm exaggerating a bit, of course, but I feel like I need to exaggerate a bit to drive home the point since a lot of you guys seem to romanticize Eastern European immigration. As someone who grew up around it, it's not what it's cracked up to be.
I like the Polish
I mean, I'm Polish, so I like us too
Do they form systematic rape and child prostitution gangs?
Probably out of my friend group like half of us were molested as kids
Wasn't expecting that answer tbqh
But anyway as I was saying
sorry to hear that
I like us too, but there's not much overlap between "the best people" and "the ones immigrating"
Hmm
I get that
Iโve seen data from the UK that says eastern Euros are more likely to engage in petty theft (Poles have a reputation for stealing tires), could that be part of the reason eastern europe has such low crime? Are they just exporting their criminals?
White immigrant communities are filled with visa fraud, welfare fraud, all kinds of stuff
Stealing tires sounds pretty funny tbh
irish and italians used to have same rep
I like Eastern Europe cause they seem to be more carefree
There was a local news story recently that in Washington state some diseases are spreading due to the Ukrainians here not vaccinating their kids
Based
@Lawrence of Eurabia you spelled drunk wrong
@Nemets โThat, uh, *Romainian* guy stole my wallet!โ
oh here is something interesting I found today
Non-vaccinated people are a big reason why immigration should stop
sometimes the tire steals you
Polish-Americans are 40% more likely to vote Democrat than Republican
If you read the second paragraph, it's the same thing that blacks do. Say they're conservative, and then vote Democrat.
Gibs me dat
Vaccines are why there are so many Africans
@unclefesterr ah, yes, there was an interesting statistic on gibs, too, let me find it
And clean drinking water campaigns, and UN food drops, and "humanitarian" missions, and...
here's the study
@Lawrence of Eurabia that and massive amounts of food Aid
if you find the questions about how the community should be help, something like 86% said that the best way to help the Polish-American community is gibs
Maybe we can make a distinction between people who moved to America before it was rich vs people who moved after it was rich
and only the remainder said "we should help ourselves" lmao
Just cut off all ties to Africa for 20 years and it would revert to how it was before Europeans came
Agreed.
I absolutely agree
Same with every county we aid.
@Nemets Iโm kind of skeptical of data that tries to differentiate between white ethnicities, since thereโs so much mixture. I could consider myself either colonial or immigrant
Naval and land blockades
there's less mix than you'd think
@Perihelion - CA this this this this this
this is so important
You literally cannot compare people who hopped on a plane to people do went on a multiple month voyage
original colonists without any immigration would have produced 200mil descendents
High Agency immigrants...
btw guys
Lol
feel free to quote me on stuff
I'm here to help, and it could help you a lot in argument to say "I know a guy who is a child of immigrants and even he says... "
In fact, you can tell me things to say and I'll say them so you can quote me later
my family traces back to 1600s
moms side to norwegian settlers in dakotas
I can trace my family back to the year 1100. But I've had some trouble finding out exactly when they got to the States.
@Jacob how many Ukrainians are in Washington?
I mean I don't have the statistics memorized but there's a fairly big amount
@Nemets yeah theyโd be better off honestly
Most of the "Russians" are actually Ukrainians
Ukraine is a made up country
All Ukrainians are Russian <:teehee:381917632359563264>
JK
I actually do think wypipo make Africa worse, but in the sense that liberals think
According to U.S. census estimates, in 2006 there were 961,113 Americans of Ukrainian descent representing 0.33%ย of the population.
^there are not many here
Trolls trolling trolls <:teehee:381917632359563264>
Ukrainians are Polish Russian hapas, turned into an ethnic group in the 19th century by the Austrian General Staff
Ukraine came into existance in 20th century. Ergo made up
@Jordan - MD you gotta be careful with those kinds of statistics
I don't have a dog in the Ukraine question other than "please no WW3, also whites please don't kill eachother." NATO/EU is gay but I also sympathize with Nationalism. Terribly messy and tragic
idk I'm kinda trolling
Cossack Hetmanate is real
where the Cossacks at?
Well, if there is a distinct/unique ethnic group that comes into being, and they are concentrated in one area, and they decide to declare that area as a distinct place, it's not necessarily made up.
@Jacob is that inaccurate?
Statistics about "descent" are very difficult to keep
Though probably more accurate the more recent they are
All I know is someone said not to call it "The Ukraine"
Ukrainians are pretty recent so I doubt it's too inaccurate
