@Alex Kolchak - NY I think that maybe someday here in America we might be able to work out a similar solution. Russia has dealt with its multiculturalism better than most because they respect individual national identities of non-slavic peoples within the Russian Federation. Although there are some places like Chechnya and Dagestan that should be let go.
