He's said positive things on his channel about IE.
absolute unit
Really? Can you give me the link?
Great pic! @Reinhard Wolff
Does anyone know how to track your shirt order? Never got a tracking number.
Glorious! Yes he has said good things about IE's optics in his videos
Everyone needs to take the glorious pill
Picture from this Sunday's Paris-Roubaix bicycle race, the biggest one-day race of the year. Podium finisher Niki Terpstra checks the tire pressure on the bike of the winner Peter Sagan after Sagan pulled a superhuman feat of pulling away from the pack of riders drafting each other and pushed a 2-man breakaway for hours all the way to the finish. Niki's face is covered with dirt from the racing through France's cobbled back roads.
His face is a look of scorn and incredulity trying to figure out what gave Sagan his edge. How could he hold off the group for 54km? Maybe Sagan took a risk and rode at a greater tyre pressure (90 psi, for example), rather than the 70s and 75s other teams choose to ride the cobbles on. Maybe he rode a lower pressure!
How did he beat me? What's his secret?

Found my new warmup hype song. Thank the Gods for based Serbs 👌🏻
I don't feel like I'm getting anything from my side planks
Anybody got a protip of what I might be doing wrong?
What are you expecting to happen ? It's really hard to notice core results be it strength or hypertrophy related.
One thing you could try is literally flexing your abs as hard as you can while you're doing it, breathe the air out at the beginning too which will provide a much stronger "crunch" feeling
You'll be able to do it for less time however, just do more
I don't feel any burn or struggle when I do it
Do I just need to do it longer?
Most fit people can do things like planks forever, idk what you're going for lol. Do em longer if you want, or try doing them weighted, at least the normal, not side planks.
ive always hated planks
even loaded w/ 45s is boring
Ab rollouts > planks
situps > all else ;)
Heavy beltless deads and squats
tbh^
@Deleted User Specifically, ab mat sit-ups > all else
oo, never seen that before
Total ab isolation, and an absurd stretching/contracting
lemme go get a pillow then, lol
If you are ever low on energy for the gym listen to this lady whine about the holohaox and feel the rage
Just found out my shirt should be in by tomorrow!
Set 2 PRs today. 198 lb clean & 154 lb snatch
Definitely had more room on the clean if I could fix my right knee tracking inward on the squat
Nice work!
If one of us was, I know he would rep IE well.
Is there any good way to learn a martial art on your own? I'm pretty isolated where I live and I have nobody to spar with.
@Andrew - SD#4526 You can work on basic footwork, striking, and form drills but there is really no substitute for sparring.
However, if you work on perfecting your form, when you do get a chance to spar you'll have a head start
That promo is badass.
