So, the FEC complaint I filed almost 2 years ago was finally voted on by the commission last month. They voted 2-2...essentially half of them agreeing JSFP violated the law, half of them disagreeing. FEC vice chair issued a pretty rare public statement condemning her dissent-voting colleagues for ignoring an obvious problem. Good news on this, however, is that a split vote like that means I am able to request a federal judge review it and decide.
