4th gen IE flyers: “I want YOU to own the Libs, White Man!

2018-11-09 04:39:34 UTC

Yeah infant/child mortality was leaps and bounds higher than it is today

2018-11-09 04:39:40 UTC

The best thing you can do for your health is trigger the libs. The more triggered the libs get, the more healthier you get.

in countries that aren't like. Haiti or something

2018-11-09 04:40:16 UTC

We should have an IE trip to Port Au Prince

2018-11-09 04:40:19 UTC

@Virgil - I'm guilty as charged. I eat Teddy's peanut butter, but it's not the best choice for people who want to reduce their omega 6 to omega 3 ratio to 1:1

2018-11-09 04:40:22 UTC

or even 2:1

2018-11-09 04:40:44 UTC

Y'alll ever had cookie butter?

2018-11-09 04:40:47 UTC

That stuff is good

2018-11-09 04:40:54 UTC

Also doesn't peanut butter have plant estrogens in it?

2018-11-09 04:40:58 UTC

I don't eat sweets really

2018-11-09 04:41:11 UTC

I am pretty sure the air has plant estrogens in it at this point

2018-11-09 04:41:11 UTC

I stopped because every single person in my extended family has the betes.

2018-11-09 04:41:14 UTC

Yeah, peanuts have a lot of phytoestrogens.

2018-11-09 04:41:23 UTC

Now I don't crave sugar pretty much at all

2018-11-09 04:41:30 UTC

Nice

2018-11-09 04:41:34 UTC

I wish I could say the same

2018-11-09 04:41:40 UTC

The peanut butter is like minimal protein with how much meat I have

2018-11-09 04:41:44 UTC

^

2018-11-09 04:41:46 UTC

Exactly!

2018-11-09 04:41:47 UTC

I can't even eat something with generic Pillsbury Royal Icing on it

2018-11-09 04:41:49 UTC

But I am going to get a cupcake rn and there's nothing the Nutrition Nuts can do about it

2018-11-09 04:41:53 UTC

makes me sick

2018-11-09 04:42:03 UTC

I am 100% sure that my omega ratios are unimportant in the big picture

2018-11-09 04:42:17 UTC

That's not true, TMatthews, but we can agree to disagree!

2018-11-09 04:42:18 UTC

Best cake is Angel Food Cake + Whipped cream + massive amount of berries

2018-11-09 04:42:36 UTC

I had a great-aunt Minnie who lived to be 104. She died in 1963. I met her several times. She was till walking and talking. Her accent was deep, deep country. What was really eerie though is today I went to a local grocery store and there was a really lovely young girl working one of the cash registers, and she had the same accent as my old Aunt Minnie. I felt like I was seeing a ghost.

With all due respect, I don't think a single food has been mentioned in the last hour without someone saying it's bad for you

2018-11-09 04:42:40 UTC

It's not just longevity that matters, but quality of life.

2018-11-09 04:43:02 UTC

Eating is bad for you

2018-11-09 04:43:14 UTC

There is not a single person who has eaten something and not died one day

2018-11-09 04:43:20 UTC

The level in which you need to concern yourself with health foods and dieting depends on your genetics

2018-11-09 04:43:28 UTC

Some gotta work harder at it than others

2018-11-09 04:43:34 UTC

If I eat unhealthily, I feel it. Sometimes don't have a choice because of greasy cafeteria food, but I'll live

2018-11-09 04:44:26 UTC

I'm just not that into unhealthy food

2018-11-09 04:44:27 UTC

I kinda have to pay attention to what I eat because I have raging digestion issues

2018-11-09 04:44:35 UTC

My old Dad smoked, drank to excess, and ate like a wild animal, and he still lived to be 88. And the last 10 years weren't all THAT bad. A lot of it is genetics. Do the best you can and accept the outcome brothers and sisters.

2018-11-09 04:44:42 UTC

I have a hobby out of trying to optimize supplements and nootropics

2018-11-09 04:45:01 UTC

My uncle smoked a pack of cigarettes a day and died at 45. My other uncle got colon cancer at 44.

2018-11-09 04:45:09 UTC

What is a good food that is low in calories, low fat, and also filling? I work in an office and fast most days drinking coffee and eating maybe one Cliff bar, before going home for dinner. Trying to cut out sugar as much as possible.
