For example, in Vietnam, Southern and Central vietnamese tend to work on stuffs more while the northern vietnamese is very academia type and are clueless of fixing their own house (Lmao my dad keeps threatening he is going to retire early but i CANT imagine him not working).

Italians are supposed to be romantic and one of the attractive aspect is resourceful, while German the language is like shouting, which is macho and therefore would also value resourcefulness. Another thing is that I often find people with roots in the countryside or grow up poor tend to be very versatile, but that's just me.
