There needs to be a formal business process audit. I work as an internal auditor and every single big company have internal audit departments in order to avoid all kinds of risk. There needs to be something similar set up for the election. To ensure free and legitimate elections, i believe it is worth it
@LrnAshly i agree with you. I dont currently have any faith in the election. And see every "mistake" be pro biden, it makes me super suspicious. The only thing keeping me positive is that i dont see evidence that there is such widespread voter fraud. But it be nice to have faith in the election process

Learned about Bedford's law in accounting fraud course. Wouldn't be able to explain it though. But it is a tactic used in accounting to potential fraud in accounting forensics.

@realz agreed. Do an investigation because it seems fishy. But no proof of wide spread voter fraud at the moment. Be skeptical but after an investigation, be prepared to accept the results either way. People get too caught up in partisan ship.

That's pretty good actually. Segregation of Duties (SOD) is a key internal control process used to avoid fraud in financial accounting. As long as they keep the ballots together, should be an easy audit trail @jenna

Just watched and it just doesn't seem legit. I sooo hope it is and Trump turns out to be a genius being able to unveil such fraud but i see no evidence for anything.
I hope i am wrong though. People are getting tired of seeing Trump declare himself the victor while kamala and Joe celebrate the win. And it looks worse every day he does that without evidence

I don't see any evidence that it was planned or intentional. We have just heard about one glitch that happened.

And trump administration mentioned a bunch of evidence that they are investigating. Like 130 affidavits and a whistle blower and the clerical error thing. I didnt see anything that jumped out to me as new but i didnt watch the whole thing

@leftingfighter33 I feel like witnesses like this are great to get the process going but at the end of the day there still needs to be evidence of the fraud that took place or some kind of audit trail of which ballots are fraudulent. My fear is that it will be hard to grab that evidence and that they wont be able to track down fraudulent ballots
Ya you would have evidence that all these ballots shouldnt have mad it through but i think people would have an issues if you just started invalidating ballots just because "it seems fishy"
I just know if the situation was switched, i would be pretty upset if when Trump won that the court or house decided. It would be more evidence that everyone is against trump

Yup. In a ranked choice system the political parties lose power, giving more power to individual politicians who can now gain more nuanced support. So it will sadly never happen
