I disagree.

2020-11-10 02:56:05 UTC

You think...how do you know if you just roll over when problems are presented to you.

2020-11-10 02:56:28 UTC

If it isnt defeatism...maybe its bias huh?

2020-11-10 02:56:50 UTC

I contend I am not rolling over. I'm waiting for proof.

2020-11-10 02:57:23 UTC

for now...when trump wins his case maybe you get mad?IDK honestly.Anyway..I feel for you becouse all Iv seen so far is defeatism from your comments. That is sad my friend.

2020-11-10 02:57:53 UTC

No you just tried denying proof a second ago and said other people with more of a stake could decide, lol. Are you thinking what your saying thru?

2020-11-10 02:58:00 UTC

look

2020-11-10 02:58:04 UTC

Not getting hyper about it at the first available moment before I am convinced is not defeatism.

2020-11-10 02:58:18 UTC

Would you agree that a court order should be followed no matter what?

2020-11-10 02:58:57 UTC

No and that is not a claim about the current situation.

2020-11-10 02:59:11 UTC

it shouldnt...ok so what is a reason to break the law then?

2020-11-10 02:59:20 UTC

to impede a vote perhaps?

2020-11-10 02:59:38 UTC

lmao

2020-11-10 03:00:33 UTC

yes it is...it was over the election..wow.I see what your doing but to me its just slow denial and bias.Maybe Im wrong but Im sure if the shoe was on the other foot you would care.Obviously you dont now tho so...Have fun with the chat.

2020-11-10 03:01:07 UTC

You asked a general question. I made sure you knew that I recognized that. Ask me a specific one about this case and I'll say I don't know.

2020-11-10 03:01:13 UTC

Its the LAW to follow a court order UNTIL its "smacked down" like you said

2020-11-10 03:01:40 UTC

That's not up to you, chief.

2020-11-10 03:02:06 UTC

it isnt?

2020-11-10 03:02:08 UTC

I say it is

2020-11-10 03:02:22 UTC

If the law isnt being followed to a high order who's job is it to right it?

Let's say they pass a law to take your guns away...and there is a court order specific to you. Will you give them up? Will you just 'roll over'? Think it through. I'll wait.

2020-11-10 03:04:18 UTC

Ill give them up if there is a court order, then contest it until I legally deal with it.However if its unlawfull then hell no I wont

2020-11-10 03:04:24 UTC

Thats the proper answer

2020-11-10 03:04:45 UTC

Precisely my point. We're done here.

2020-11-10 03:05:01 UTC

i will go on a "fishing trip" and lose them oh wait i live in nyc and am a minor so i dont have any

2020-11-10 03:05:09 UTC

huh?you made no point but you can walk away. That was hilarious!

2020-11-10 03:06:15 UTC

you just tried turning the whole conversating around.I asked you if they should follow a legal order. You said no I said yes,,,the answer should be yes.lmao.Im very confused to your logic.

2020-11-10 03:06:33 UTC

You not understanding a point has no bearing on it. Continuing to run around the track doesn't make the race still on.

2020-11-10 03:06:33 UTC

lol @spacefan247 exactly

2020-11-10 03:06:59 UTC

wow...still your trying.You look pretty silly.Like I said defeatism

2020-11-10 03:07:36 UTC

Lol ok you win. Congrats!

2020-11-10 03:07:43 UTC

Dude saying things you think are inteligent dosnt make it so.

2020-11-10 03:08:12 UTC

😆

2020-11-10 03:08:17 UTC

👍

2020-11-10 03:12:47 UTC

Court orders must be immutably obeyed, unless you feel they are unlawful:

"Ill give them up if there is a court order, then contest it until I legally deal with it.However if its unlawfull then hell no I wont"

It wasn't even difficult.

2020-11-10 03:13:26 UTC

It wasnt illegal...ok please explain then sir.

2020-11-10 03:13:40 UTC

Im pretty sure my answer was sufficient.

2020-11-10 03:14:04 UTC

Oh,If I felt they were unlawful?

2020-11-10 03:14:21 UTC

well, they would have to first be unlawful...why do you think a judges order was unlawful?

2020-11-10 03:15:10 UTC

If his order was unlawful then it should have been followed UNTIL proven it was unlawful correct?
