Aliens are an interesting proposition. Most rational people I know believe aliens exist somewhere and I agree. But no one I know, including me, would believe you if you testified you saw one. Maybe because we subconsciously believe that this type of event would be world wide.

I on the other hand support myself on the notion that the probability of life tends to 0.

If they came only with their word, I wouldn't believe it either.
