he was obviously trying to say something else, (I think people were saying he was talking about voter fraud prevention organizations or something?) but it was a humorous gaffe

@USMC Grunt0351 Putting any marks other than an authorized stamp that marks it accepted or rejected are the only thing that is supposed to go on them from talking with my state, Florida, and Michigan county of elections offices.

It is completely real, he hasn't corrected this, but media outlets have explained this as a gaffe
Feel like this video provides some good context to some of the voter fraud concerns that were brought up
Honestly, I'm not too bothered by the gaffe
My first inclination is to the more honest interpretation that he meant a task force to prevent voter fraud
