If I was in AZ, I wouldn't count another vote until Maricopa was done.
what difference does the order make
They won't know how many more to "find"
lol
@Reaper294 He's got his Transition team moving already because he knew the outcome beforehand
I have a question - could AOC or Washington Post's Jennifer Rubin be held accountable in any way for trying to incite civil unrest for comments that they have been making about keeping lists of Trump supporter names and calling for them to be essentially blacklisted?

This is a very clear example, a vote challenger who was actually there counting votes and witnessed this bullshit.
@Bill Givens maybe tag Robert with that Q
@leftingfighter33 I feel like witnesses like this are great to get the process going but at the end of the day there still needs to be evidence of the fraud that took place or some kind of audit trail of which ballots are fraudulent. My fear is that it will be hard to grab that evidence and that they wont be able to track down fraudulent ballots
I think it should be easy
because you could just recount these with auditors
such a high rate of "good ballots" would be a giant red flag
@realz - great idea, thanks
and if they failed to get rid of bad ballots, that would be direct evidence
@RobertGrulerEsq could AOC or Washington Post's Jennifer Rubin be held accountable in any way for trying to incite civil unrest for comments that they have been making about keeping lists of Trump supporter names and calling for them to be essentially blacklisted?
um about that video, he calls it ballot harvesting, but that is not what ballot harvesting is
Ya you would have evidence that all these ballots shouldnt have mad it through but i think people would have an issues if you just started invalidating ballots just because "it seems fishy"
you may or may not be able to invalidate it
the courts will agree with you that something fraudulent is happening
the question is what is the remedy
the answer might be a recount,
but if not a recount, you could do the house thing
there are several things the house can do to invalidate entire states or just pick the president directly
if you can convince every state delegation that fraud was happening
Would a possible remedy be "any vote received after 11:59:59 of Nov. 3rd will not count"?
that isn't the type of fraud he is talking about
that isn't fraud at all; that is just dependent on court decisions made and to come
One would have to prove which votes were received after that time, so they would have had to have them already seperated
@Elias Diaz in the extreme case you can have the house pick the president, which is crazy. And they vote by state delegation, which means republicans win (but I assume you'd have to _really_ convince them to do something this drastic)
@Bill Givens at least in some jurisdictions they were told to separate them
(otherwise there may not be an easy remedy, aside for a recount or taking it to the house)
the house is also allowed to invalidate entire states
I just know if the situation was switched, i would be pretty upset if when Trump won that the court or house decided. It would be more evidence that everyone is against trump
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
sure people gonna be upset either way
just laying out the possibilities discussed on R&R and Frei (Barnes)
@realz - I was unaware that the house could invalidate entire states. I don't think it would ever happen without an order from the Supreme Court.
