Took my mother with me to the DMV yesterday and she immediately struck up a conversation with the white boomer in front of us. Within minutes this guy is saying DACA is just the Democrats importing voters, and then in a concerned whisper that whites are fast becoming a minority. He was very happy to hear that my husband and I want to have at least 4 kids, and I assured him that there's a big movement of young whites who are starting big families and fighting the great replacement. He said two of his children, 28 and 25, think just like us. My only regret is not having an IE card on me at the time.

Just weigh in at the same time of day, once or twice a week,any time that works best for you, wearing the same amount of clothing each time. When I used to weigh myself (stopped because body dysmorphia) I would also take into account the state of my digestive system, but that might be veering on obsessive too.

@Der Seeteufel - SD My brother has been eating up to 5000 calories a day; I think he's gained at least 30 lbs so far. His method involves not actually enjoying food so much as forcing down the most calorie dense items possible, which are fats. Heavy cream or half&half, coconut oil, butter, avocados. If you can find a way to make whole sticks of butter palatable, you're on your way. (He's on the national server as @Sean- CA; if you DM him for some advice I'm sure he'd love to help.)

Per the osteopath I saw for an ankle sprain two years ago, soft tissue injuries actually take 3 months to fully heal. Come back to your usual activities very cautiously after six weeks. I would continue to wear at least an ace bandage until the three months are up. During the six weeks a brace with metal supports to limit mobility is a good idea.
