@Mephisto I would start with confession as stated before and ask the priest at your church about confirmation but it shouldn't stop you from attending mass and recieving communion. Main thing find a good mass traditional masses are the best.

i went to high school that had a monastery on campus. some very cool monks there and very very weird ones. all obviously super old. one tied is daughter to a railroad track and had a train run over her cause he thought she would have a better life in heaven. i’m pretty sure he got time off his sentence by joining the monastery.
