@Thomas do you have any rough plans for events I’m the future? I know about Independence Day of course but anything else?

Thomas @thomas

Yes, there's an event planned this weekend. Focus on that.

"Hey uhh when's the next event going on?"

Thomas @thomas

After the event, the rest of the year can be planned. Beforehand, all eyes stay affixed to the task.

Fair enough. My guys have been bugging me because they want to mark their calendars for all foreseeable events, after this one, in the future.

That way, unlike other networks, they’ll all have the time off and not miss a single event. :)

Thomas @thomas

Please do not venture into the diminution of others' efforts for the sake of a question that does not have an answer to provide.

Can someone send me the updated list of threema IDs please

Figured I'd share this. It can be done on a larger scale with am aluminum trash can and spray on rubber or cardboard sheets. Just a little extra security due to where we're going. I'll be making one for NW2 cellphones. Just to be safe

Thomas @thomas

@all The Security Checkpoint address is scheduled for release tonight at 8CST. Plan accordingly.

Thomas @thomas

@all Forecast: High of 60 degrees during the day, during our march. Strenuous activity will keep you warm. A light layer under the jacket should be plenty. Low of 35 degrees at night. Sleep is important. Bring layers for such, and be prepared to shed them as we drill. Relay this information to your attendees without linking this message directly.

I have run into a problem that I wasn't planning on. I cannot find my patch hat.

I'm going to ask around my network, but if someone has a spare that would be helpful

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

UPDATE: Myself and Alan UA have arrived in EWR

Thomas @thomas

@ND - Jon UT Very good.

Thomas @thomas

I have just completed my first on-ground scouting mission. Making some minor clarifications and amendments to the marching route to ensure safety and schedule concerns. I am very confident.

The vehicle exchange is also extremely promising. Weather is wonderful. I was warm in a light sweater, so guys should be fine marching in a tshirt under their jacket. It is a long walk, but we should keep good pace.

All other matters are falling into place. Make sure you and yours show out and show up.

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

I was considering wearing my long sleeve navy tac shirt, I would rather do that than have a repeat of Pittsburgh. If that would be acceptable? All in dress code accordance

Thomas @thomas

No.

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

Understood

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

well I’m glad the scouting went well

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

I look forward to seeing you soon

ND - Eric PA @PF-950806

Do we need more folding tables? Wayne says he has two

I think we have plenty, if he can bring it at no inconvenience then sure the more the merrier

Is there anything relating to food prep that is still needed? I am probably going to have a little more room than I planned for when it comes to cargo space.

Thomas @thomas

@ND - Eric PA More is better, yes. If you have space.

@ND - William OK I think we're good, but same as above, if it's something you already have and are willing to spare.

Ok

@all Please be aware that as you progress toward security check-in you should be providing whatever update on your ETA to @Vincent TX . Thank you

Thank you.

How’s our flag count?

Thomas @thomas

Enough, bring yours just in case.

Thomas @thomas

@all

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

We are getting food in Clinton NJ right now

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

Everyone has been accounted for

NW8 landed

Headed to get rentals

Told Vincent we were 50 mins out a while ago

Now we're rolling up to location, haven't heard from him.

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

oof

Yeah

@ND - Johnny MN message @NS - Grant MD that you have arrived at the security checkin

@all notify @Vincent TX updates to your ETA. Notify @NS - Grant MD when you arrive at the security checkin

Copy

@all EMERGENCY CRITICAL DO NOT GO TO THE 6274 COURTHOUSE RD CHECKPOINT! IT IS A GOOGGLE MAPS ERROR AND YOU WILL END UP ON SOMEONES PERSONAL PROPERTY WHO WILL THINK YOU ARE A TRESPASSER! THE SECURITY CHECK IN IS GOING TO BE AT THESE COORDINATES EXACTLY 38.1385423, -77.7253093

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

It’s a shell

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

in at it

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

I’m here

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

Where is everyone?

@ND - Jon UT out ride is coming please wait

I’m not sure who but someone stickered the vehicle location. I scratched a sticker down. (Talk about sad I’ve never done that before). Idk if there’s any other ones. We need to make it a note not to do that. Could be a potential leak for an event.

Shouldn't there be a channel with every driver for announcements?

Yea there should but I guess it's too late now; let's add that to the list of event scribe duties for next tjme

PNW guys are on the plane headed home.

We made off with two round shields. Should we mail those back ASAP?

Thomas @thomas

@ND - Lawrence FL Nope, use them to drill. Make sure they're all in good shape and administer repairs if need be.

Got it

Just landed in Seattle

Mark SD was left stranded in Virginia with slashed tires. Does anyone know why?

Thomas @thomas

That is a bit of a dramatic assessment. I messaged you a more detailed status.

That's all the info I was given at the time, but you've helped fill in the holes.

Thomas @thomas

@all

I am still in Virginia, I am using this time to ensure the final camp matters are being resolved, and everyone is leaving the area safely.

I am already communicating with some to evaluate the ongoing security concerns of doxes, and the infiltrator who had his account deactivated before we stepped off the ground last night.

This was a drastic and unprecedented attack on our ideals and our activists, but it was not enough to stop us. We may be somewhat wounded, but not beaten, and we will use our skills and knowledge to effectively remove any such weakness from our structure which was exploited. The vehicle exchange chosen had been scouted three times by myself and Grant MD, and all times no more than two people were present, a police station was nearby down the road around a mile, and no suspicious activity could be witnessed at any point day or night. The box truck wait site was also scouted with similar findings, and it appears that location was not leaked, but instead the trucks were found with limited information. No security issues befell the Camp or Security Checkpoint of any similar metric.

On Independence Day, our march was attacked, and we created and implemented reforms to make it stronger, more unified, and more adaptable. As such, threats that would have previously caused us much harm were handled with minimal incident. Yesterday, other aspects of our event were attacked, and just as before, we will reform and reinforce our efforts so that this never happens again.

We will oversee an assessment of any expenses, and ensure that everyone is compensated to the degree that they are agreeable to. Once all are home and everything can be evaluated. Tech Team, Interview Team, Security Evaluation, and relevant Directors and other persons will be consulted about the infiltration, attacks, to ensure that we can target and rectify any and all security flaws in each part of these structures at the soonest opportunity.

You may discuss below if you have comments or concerns.

It seems that every foreseeable security measure was taken as far as the vehicle exchange location is concerned. I’ve always believed that some of the best camouflage is in plain sight. I see no issue as far as that logistical element is concerned.

It seems like the our biggest issue was information security. Some, obviously, failed in a big way regarding this. The infiltrator knew way too much about specific locations and times and I find that highly disturbing. Someone in the convoy was talking to him directly, I would say.

Bottom line, no one knows nothing until they arrive at camp before the event. We all know this. We should also think about strictly using radios for convoys from point A to point B and even limit the use of phones even further. Possibly even doing some things the old fashion way such as memorizing directions and utilizing landmarks etc. That’s all I have for now.

I want to apologize for this whole situation. I will take full responsibility for what happened. I personally interviewed the guy.

I want to apologize for this whole situation. I will take full responsibility for what happened. I personally interviewed the guy. I did activism with him for months. I allowed him to use his nice camera to photograph and film everyone. Despite thinking he was weird and ugly and other members in my network felt the same way, we really had no concrete evidence besides a weird gut feeling that I chose to ignore. Never doing that again. Anyone who seems weird will be under further interrogation. This activist was able to get away with our big banner stencils, other materials, posters, stickers, all of our ideals and booklets. Be prepared to grill people much much harder in future interviews because they have this information. I am so sorry that this happened. I am currently dealing with the situation the best I can.

Thomas @thomas

We shouldn't expel people on gut reactions alone, but yes they may be indicative of other matters and should be more diligently organized. Your apology is not required. What is, however, is a plan to ensure that NW8 weathers this, increases its internal practice with measures that can be exported to other NW's, and grows anew.

Thomas @thomas

Give me an inventory of the items he took and I could try to compensate materially.

Call me a schizo if you guys want, but anyone who’s personal vehicles were at the demo should check under them for GPS trackers. Takes only a minute to look.

They’re super cheap on Amazon and easy to do

ND - Eric PA @PF-950806

I am going down to Fredericksburg on Tuesday, to pick up a van that was left behind to be repaired. Is there anything left at the campsite or in the area that I can be of assistance with while I am down there

ND - Carter MO @PF-982856

First, my apologies for missing this event as crucial family matters aligned with the exact week of the march.

It's unfortunate that we've lost the passenger bus so early. I'm glad to hear everyone is ok plus all members of NW12 have arrived safely back into the heartland. My total investment was $3000 into the project as it was a gift to the Network for all they have given me this last year. The immense amount of hard work these men put into Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa had deserved something special. This was the main reason for the purchase.

Looking at the ruins initially I was angered, how could it have been destroyed on its first event was the main thought. Then upon hearing of what exactly transpired I remembered what really matters is the safety of our men. That the correct position is one of selflessness especially when leading. My thoughts culminate into the fact the passenger bus was simply a material object with no further purpose than to transport men safely to and from each event while assisting in any other possible way. A bus will ALWAYS be replaceable. My brothers can never be replaced, and for their safe return I am thankful to our leadership.

Honestly looking at the entire situation and inwards financially I'd ask that everyone who had their personal vehicle attacked be placed above the bus. Time spent talking finances among members the last few months has shown me many of our youth aren't investing into assets with returns. Something such as vehicular vandalism could cripple them financially, this is sadly the truth. Their vehicles are more important overall since it could absolutely effect their ability to operate within the organization.

So far what I've gathered from @Sam MN and @Randolph IL on issues with security revolve around phones being handed back too early, some of those attending stood out in a negative way, and a few other minor details. This is all the assistance I can currently provide.

Thomas @thomas

@ND - Eric PA Thank you for doing that. The campsite was completely cleared. However, there is some gear that was left that got carried off in the trailer, so check that and see if there is any to take home with you.

@ND - Carter MO I appreciate your thoughts. It is a terrible shame what happened. We will account for all the losses within our ability. Other circles have quietly requested to help out with such matters, and we may be obliged to allow them in cases like this. As far as security with phones, this is something I discussed at length with Samuel VA, Grant MD, and Vincent TX (who handled phones in Philadelphia). IDay saw us have a huge box of everyone's phones, and many be out of comms or stuck at the exchange until that car returned, additionally not immediately knowing where it was. Big egg. Small basket.

My rule set phones to be deactivated with the same principle, but simply kept in the original vehicles. One person per vehicle was meant to be allowed use of their phone only. This person was meant to be written down as the convoy prepped to leave the site. I instructed this. This was not done due to miscommunication. I largely stand by the decision in consideration to the past (as having all the phones in a box at the VE would have been far more catastrophic), but perhaps there are amendments to this structure that would help.

@all If you or any of your members had to leave behind material at the campsite send me a DM. I am going to start a Lost and Found Channel to sort through and ensure the missing materials find their way home somehow

@Thomas two improvements that I see possible for the event scribe duty is 1) keeping a total attendance list of names not counts of all attendees and 2) keeping a direct access TG with all driver parties headed from camp to vehicle ex. It is very unfortunate but four members of nw9 missed the departure of the box trucks by 5 minutes

@Thomas I see. The amendments I propose are:

A: All unused phones remain at camp

B: only give phones to established/ proven members (ND’s, NQ’s, and NS’s.) With very few exceptions

C: make a heavier use of radios in transit. Maybe networks could think about basic convoy methods

Thomas @thomas

We would need at least one phone per vehicle. The more widespread approach was to avoid people being stranded if that one person was unaccounted for, as happened on IDay.

At any similar event in the future:
VE will be staffed with no fewer than 3 men, capable and constantly on alert. Equipped with a super bright spotlight, megaphone siren, and some pepper spray. And a cell phone. They see anyone start doing anything, someone's getting a 911 call in saying that there's a man with a gun threatening people (with a burner, perhaps from someone off-site), and the suspicious individual is getting lit up (literally).

Camp, same deal.

Truck wait sites will have trucks wait for no longer than 15 min, and then proceed onto the next. If duration allows, they will cycle. Each will have a different route. There are far too many places that box trucks regularly park to let them go unused. No truck will be without a copilot equipped with similar measures above.

This is all theory until the next big event comes along, which may be Independence Day if we're talking similar scale. We will have some smaller, tighter actions between now and then, but that's to be discussed later.

I like what I am hearing so far. I think one thing to add @Aaron SC is that the three trucks have three separate wait zones and not be bunched together until it is time to exfil

I think they just said "oh here's the three trucks" that might have been what gave it away that and proximity to drop site

Thomas @thomas

Yes, each will have a different route. That joins at pickup and drop off.

Adds some complication but it will definitely help things

We also need to formalize an event scribe protocol where the scribe will record down the list of drivers and parties (ie: Roger VA + 3, pickup truck) and prior to load up on the box trucks he crosses of each one on list as they arrive at VE

This list can be easily drawn together when we do final vehicle checks for phones, gas and urine

Thomas @thomas

Perhaps. I would want to avoid having a full list of attendees or drivers or names in general for any amount of time. If something like that exists, it could be captured or leaked. These would need to be items destroyed on site as soon as they were complete.

During the 16 hours of deposition, they found about 200 ways of asking me for a list of names. There would need to be specific protocols to avoid that being available.

After Philadelphia my attendees list was instrumental in notifying specific parties of what safety measures they would need to take in the event of a dox. The list was subsequently destroyed in all formats. The event scribe is a top trust position and the "burn after usage" protocol is one that should be systematically executed after the utility had been achieved

Thomas @thomas

Where was the list during the action?

In my vehicle

Patrick has a more elegant solution I'll tell you irl

ND - Eric PA @PF-950806

It might be a good idea to have those more adept at combatives fulfill these roles of guarding our assets

ND - Eric PA @PF-950806

Of course that would take away from their effectiveness as shield bearers but I suppose those are options to be weighed

ND - Ben CO @PF-5597

Thoughts on our recent action:
• I understand the VE incident was caused by an infiltrator. I hope to never turn away a well meaning interviewee, would be interesting see what his interview responses were if they’re stored anywhere. When it comes to sussing people out I think it’s best to go with your gut, but ultimately you have to delegate this to whoever is on the ground in a given area and nothing is ever for certain. I don’t know the details, event security itself could be made more strict (ie pat downs, info given to ND’s electronically or physically not spoken to the whole car, standardize our device confiscation processes) and I’m confident we can avoid leaving ourselves open to these sorts of things in the future
• Damn shame we didn’t get there a little earlier for the speech! That golden hour lighting would have been beautiful.
• The improved shield teams were successful in dealing with threats, though we may want to recommend some short rhythm exercises for members to practice before our next Demo
• There was some sort of miscommunication after your speech, resulting in the column doing an about left and moving opposite its intended trajectory. After this, a section leader communicated his frustration the column was not moving, though orders had not been given to turn and march. I’m trying to think of a way we could make a game of this, where a commander has to order a group to accomplish something with marching and responding promptly to orders. Part of the confusion may be that it’s not immediately clear who is in an intermediate position of authority when conducting our demo, which may also play into my next point
• Some members are taking it upon themselves to start chants in the column. I’m trying to impress upon our zoomers to be disciplined and do as they’re told, look professional. Unfortunately most the time some one does it it gets a response from the surrounding activists who think it’s a real order
• Noticed some people throwing up after exiting the box truck. I may take my guys to a sauna to try and get them accustomed to heat and humidity for sustained periods of time. Also many people are under the impression they will suffocate in the truck, which helps to further worsen their condition when in transit. I think the real issue is heat not oxygen ultimately, in addition to people panicking. How American is meditation? Not very I suspect
• The snare drum was a fantastic addition and the sound of us all marching in unison was awesome
• We look badass stoically marching through the nerve center of this evil empire that suppresses us, while our detractors follow impotently hurling their petty jeers and insults
• Our online engagement looks tremendous, putting our message out in front of hundreds of thousands if not millions of people. Many cucked retards are revealing themselves to be such as knowledge of us ripples outwards
Certainly, a mixed bag of a weekend, but our primary goal was extraordinarily successful! Congrats on pulling it off everyone, hope you all are getting home safe and sound. We in NW3 are certainly all proud to be part of this, thank you all for your hard work and dedication. Looking forward to the next one already, Reclaim America!:PF-Flag:

I have only 3 things to comment on. Whenever we have a meeting we can discuss it.

one thing that we need to be proactive and timely in is assigning a dollar value to the damages incurred. I believe this should follow a top-down structure where req is made by @Thomas for info to directors, then directors find out among their membership who suffered what damages/what the dollar value is. That information should be transmitted to one appointed point of contact to aggregate the information. We should aim to have this task completed cross-organization by Tomorrow evening the latest.
