I pay 45.99 per month for 24 hour fitness
Not sure what YMCA costs but I imagine it's less
I'm stuck in a contract paying $43.29 for an Anytime Fitness. The gym that I actually go to costs $10 and is infinitely better than the Anytime Fitness! I recommend you look around and weigh your options before you sign a contract. Learning life lessons is fun.
1) My former gym was huge and cost $30/month
2) Instead of looking for someone to show you how do use machines/freeweights....
A) Consider coming up with a plan online. There are an infinate amount of articles and free weight training routines availlable.
@StrawberryArmada Here are some resources. Good on you for wanting to seek self improvement!
Should I worry about not being able to do certain exercise? Is there any way to tell what I'll be able to handle?
@StrawberryArmada Bro, find a beginner plan from someone who you see as an expert.
Then follow the plan with discipline. After 3-4 months of lifting, you'll have the experience to know what you want, and how to achieve it.
For me, Mark Rippetoe was my guru. I followed his starting strength plan for like a year, and I gained 20 solid lbs of bodymass.
found the gym for all of us to go workout at
There's a pretty lulzy video of the Muslim womyn teaching the class how to throw noodley punches
Who in gods name would take that class
`have helped popularize a particularly violent version of combat-ready racism, offering an example of how to advance white nationalism with perfectly executed strikes and takedowns, which have already been used with vicious effect in street battles in California and beyond.`
Get off our n*ts, lefties.
Hey goys I know I guy who is interested in intermittent fasting. I would appreciate any relevant sources anyone has
There's an article about it freshly posted in the nutrition channel.
😍 😍 😍
at what point does mobility become a concern when you're body building? A guy with massive arms and chest looks like he can barely move tbh. Is this a problem?
@this_that5553 IMO, very much. But you'd be surprised at the mobility of olympic style powerlifters. The limberness in their legs, shoulders, wrists, and arms is incredible.
Bodybuilders, not so much
Just leave humanity behind and don't look back
Whatever it takes
Saxon was it you with the max DL over 600?

Haven't competed since
Haha earning your name lad
