@The Eternal Anglo Healthier, unquestionably.
but,
The real argument is whether the price of organic is worth it.
You get used to it. Low bar feels wonky to me
I’ve always squatted high bar idk I like it
Dropped a warmup in formcheck if anyone wants to help me out
@Deleted User I understand Body Fat calipers are better, but is one of those scales still useful?
Yes it is
It's not perfect but it's better than a standard scale
Ok
"Organic Food"... what our ancestors called "Food". Yes, I prefer organic, but... the Chinese self-certify. And since they put poison in baby formula, I don't trust them at all. So, I'd rather USA non-organic than non-USA organic. And, sometimes the markups are too much. I'll pay maybe 20% more, but sometimes they ask double or triple for organic. I won't go that far. Anyway, I get organic when I can. @The Eternal Anglo
Buy local if you can
@The Eternal Anglo#6213 @Algrin "Bailey" Bagley - PA @Deleted User Farmer's markets are ideal.
Even if not organic, you know where it came from.
Another form vid on bench up in formcheck
I'm hitting the gym shortly and I have it in mind that I'm going to try to kill my arms.
You might need them later
Not till Monday so I'll be ok. I'm doing legs tomorrow and rest Sunday so they'll come back to life by then.

Teaser quote:
NBC Sports, the de facto owner of the Olympic Games, just doesn't include the “testosterone” sports in their coverage – unless there is a severe injury that looks very bad (good) on TV. Swimming is fine (no hairy men), all women's sports are fine (no hairy men), gymnastics, ditto (basically a children's sport), skiing is okay (hair doesn't show through lycra), and the equestrian events are just fine (horses are innocent even if hairy). What you will not see are more than one or two Weightlifters, shot-putters, hammer throwers, or discus throwers. Javelins are too pointy, as are epees and sabers, and such weapon-y things are threatening. Basically, you get to see activities you would personally enjoy on a Sunday afternoon – you know, wholesome stuff without the slightest whiff of meanness, bullying, or testosterone.
These errors of omission are quite thoroughly intentional, and are designed by the people who present the vast majority of most people's exposure to the Olympics, 99% of whom are not watching the internet feeds. The Media controls the popular culture, and control is, by definition, not accidental.
Speaking of that Lindsey Von got BTFOD tonight. She was the one who said she's boycotting the 2028 Olympics because it's being hosted in racist America. She's a white American BTW
She said she refuses to ski for America during the 2028 Olympics, which was funny because 2028 is the summer Olympics
@Mark Vandal#5146 I actuallly oloed

@Deleted User What do you think about a 'gym motivation' (or just #motivation) channel?
@Deleted User what’s in it?
Kind of like a whitepills For working out channel?

In theory this entire server is supposed to be gym motivation.

Time for a frigid garage workout. Should have gotten a space heater back in December.
Nice. I've been doing those all winter.
