"Organic Food"... what our ancestors called "Food". Yes, I prefer organic, but... the Chinese self-certify. And since they put poison in baby formula, I don't trust them at all. So, I'd rather USA non-organic than non-USA organic. And, sometimes the markups are too much. I'll pay maybe 20% more, but sometimes they ask double or triple for organic. I won't go that far. @Warren H The FFL workout will get you in amazing shape if you can make it work for you. No gym needed. (If you can, lifting is still great and you should get a membership)
