eh, I'm leaning towards calling him a bitch but *I guess* trainers are supposed to make normies feel safe or something
It's not like he can't recover from any of that quickly, he's a beginner.
Lol “well it’s obvious you need *tons* of improvement.”
Would anyone in here want to do a Pikes Peak climb in August?
@Deleted User make sure you post some of the warrior dash photos in here.
@Der Seeteufel - SD they’re in the <#395571432974843915> channel
@Deleted User It's gone now ;-;
Is it okay to do light cardio after working out legs?
Yes
Best time to do cardio is after lifting -- burns more fat since your glycogen stores are low/empty
Thanks
or early morning fasted, another great time

@everyone can anyone here help me lose some weight? Unfortunately when I quit smoking I gained some Weight and I could use some help
I’m sure we can.
pro tip, eat less and try a ketogenic diet
@Whitelash how frequently do you excercise? what sort of excercise do you do? What sort of foods do you consume on a weekly basis?
@Whitelash Like @Deleted User asked...
We need to know your current state and goals in order to be truly helpful.
This is where I started with weight lifting.

aside from his ridiculous speaking, he puts out good info that and isnt trying to sell you on some diet other than prolonged fasting and cleansing your body.
@Whitelash look up vertical dieting by Stan Efferding
DON'T FALL FOR THE (((KETO DIET)))
HIGH CARB LOW FAT THAT
GET STRONK AND SLIM
Best way to lose weight is to just not eat...
rather, eat less
yes but matched with fasting it will give your body time to eat the fat youve stored and would like to get rid of as well as helping your body detox.
along with short walks after a meal to better regulate insulin response and get in LISS cardio
Its funny but I notice that the more I train, the less prone I am to aches and pains.
To a point I guess. I average about ten hours a week right now and except for a minor issue in my right knee, I don't generally feel any aches at all
High carb, low fat, high bicycle = lean
@Tanner - SC A man of culture, I see
