basically the short story is Trump was being interviewed on air force one about the upcoming budget negotiations. It's one of those times where there could be a government shutdown again. Trump says he's not signing any funding bill that doesn't include funding for the wall. So in the interview he says if there's not funding for the wall then he *could* use the military to build the wall. @Freiheit - CA

So, the FEC complaint I filed almost 2 years ago was finally voted on by the commission last month. They voted 2-2...essentially half of them agreeing JSFP violated the law, half of them disagreeing. FEC vice chair issued a pretty rare public statement condemning her dissent-voting colleagues for ignoring an obvious problem.
