"Deep Green Resistance" (The text) is an interesting read. It has an anti-civ stance but it does a good job of breaking down theoretical logistics and structure of revolutionary movements both above and underground. Like "Rules for Radicals" it is worth reading to understand and learn from even if one disagrees with the author's goals.

Vegans are worse for the environment than Omnivores. Unless you are straight up cut humans down to significantly smaller numbers type of person. The amount of land that needs to be purged of all other life than crops to make that happen is disgusting.
