I’m at a bar that is usually pretty white. Tonight it’s very asian....

I got a pull up bar and a weight vest for Christmas this year, looking to put on the lbs this year

I'm on the other end of the diet spectrum, I need to add healthy weight (high key brag)

However... I eat a normal diet. Fairly high carbs, and I still have abs at 33 yrs old. @Flint

I skip breakfast.

But honestly, I think I lucked out genetically here, I don't pay attention half as much as others do, but I have an insane desire to be active, so that makes up for it

I have to exercise and work out or it affects my mind, and I love the endorphins that come from it
