Boil water, add sea salt. Let cool down, suck into nose. Lay on your back with your head tilted up. Drain and repeat. Blow your nose a couple times in between each rinse.
Fighting our enemies is inevitable. Nothing to be ashamed of. We'll have to come out of the c.loset on that in the very near future. The sooner we become open about that the better.
