are there any sluts in this discord
@Hanzai Does this mean jews love being cuckolded?
@Broseph bless you
@DOAN Pretty sure it was from Holy Thursday washing of the feet
@Bake Eastern Orthodoxy is just a bitching circle
I don't think the Pope has ever said anything untrue about migration (be welcoming, extend charity yadda yadda) just things which do not signal toward an anti migration stance which is the stance I think is correct in our current situation.
@bress222 Are you trying to equate "secure the border" with the 14 words?
i guess make of that what you will
if it's deliberate what should we take away from that?
we know that people like Trump agree in essence with the 14 words (probably most of us here do) I don't really think any signaling towards it tells us anything we don't already know
like I'm not saying Trump would actually assent to a statement like the 14 words but in essence he would probably have to agree it's a good maxim
he has explicitly assented to a number of particularist sentiments
"We're going to make America great again!"
"We're gonna build a wall and Mexico is going to pay for it!"
"Not their best people.."
Like he clearly believes in an American particularism. Like I said I don't think he would ever explicitly assent to the 14 words privately or publicly but I would find it very difficult for someone who is so passionate about preserving American identity and providing the impetus for a renaissance would be so tone deaf they don't realize there is a big demographic problem
and that's what the 14 words mean
there is a demographic problem
we have to preserve ourselves
and allow it to flourish
It's a pretty nice phrase it just carries a hell of a lot of baggage. Like the Roman salute, nice gesture but loaded.
@clean Well you're never going to get that type of information
i don't think it really tells us anything we don't already understand
@clean That's not a scientifically posed question and your not going to get a scientific answer for it.
@clean Why don't you just look at any of the HBD stuff that Ryan Faulk talks about?
I've been told the "Pope said.." a lot of things
@DOAN Dude this is old as fuck. He flippantly said people should build walls not bridges when a reporter asked for comment on the Trump/wall situation. He didn't say "TEAR DOWN EVERY WALL AND BORDER NOW RACE MIX YOU SHEEPLE 666!"
2. I don't read Italian
@bress222 I think you cracked the code <:grug:420405237019443203>
@Barry White I had a friend who did it seriously and it went well
dude was like 150 when he started
so unless you are actually super skinny like he was I wouldn't recommend
But @Joe the boomer Is also correct. We are not obligated to agree with any given Pope on any political matter (so long as it is not a clear violation of the moral law.) Dante put Pope Boniface 8 (who was a living Pope) in Hell because of his expansionistic ambitions. You don't get to just take up Catholicism because you get a Based Blessed Pius 12 and then give it all up when he dies and we get a less pleasing Pope. The Pope is who The Pope needs to be at this time for whatever reason that fulfills God's providential ends. He is our sovereign Pontiff and we at the very least have to respect him in matters of discipline, faith and morals.
We have two problems here.
1. Uncharitable and biased reporting on The Holy Father
2. A fundamental misunderstanding on just what his authority is, what his ministry is and what Christians owe him
@bress222 I mean again like I said before. Does this mean that much? Not really, we know the explicit intentions of this administration and any hidden intentions don't seem out of line with those explicit intentions so this is kind of a...quaint and unfruitful pursuit. As long as you don't try to make something out of this that you shouldn't.
@BottomoftheNinth I'm not splitting hairs I'm just shitting all over your parade
I don't think it's a whitepill at all it's at worst coincidental and at best trolly
@Nick Ready GITM I thought all these people were obsessive martial artists why can't any of them punch properly? Nate Damigo had pretty good form though.
All Catholics should read this book
@Punished Örlogskapten ☧ It's only "not skinny" for someone who has never stepped inside a weight room or athletic club.
now that's what I call skinny!
@DOAN "I never said that he said "Race mix sheeple" nor did I say that he ever in his life mentioned the numbers 666 in a positive way, I'm not sure where you get that from; I'm sure you're not trying to strawman my argument now"
I'm making fun of you
@Brother Basil you mean the bitching cirlce
You guys are like a jealous ex wife
*The Latin Church haha we don't care about those heretics. Did you hear about what they did in Constantinople though?*
*We totally don't care. But did you know what they say about the Bishop of Rome? Universal ministry pfff, I could tell you a few stories about that...*
*The massacre of the Latins? He totally provoked me ok!?*
@DOAN What is your specific objection here.
@Brother Basil Sure but it's not ideal.
Better to be in the life of grace than not but it's bad to shirk right discipline because your upset.
Look I have to say people like Jay Dyer and his acolytes have given me a much more negative opinion of Orthodoxy then I used to have.
@DOAN You believe in a fundamentally Protestant view of Christianity.
Both Orthodox and Catholic hold that the deposit of the faith is the sacred tradition and not the Bible.
Protestants believe that the Bible is the deposit of faith and it dovetails nicely with their anti-clericalism.
Because if you can go straight to the Bible and read it yourself and interpret doctrine like that you don't need a hierarchy
In fact at that point the hierarchy become gate keepers
A lot of people say it is
I don't like chasing the original vampire. But you can certainly say that the Protestant Reformation was the point at which Christendom began to fracture.
There's always been heretical and proto-Protestant movements in Europe but they were suppressed until that point where it got out of control with Luther.
I think western degeneracy is an original sin problem fundamentally
God takes from you what you don't deserve to have
@Deleted User Nothing is new under the sun
maybe communism was divine chastisement
that's what Augustine said of the sack of Rome
"form their being"
that doesn't mean what you think it means
people on the far right who are pro palestine are the biggest hypocrits out there
For all of Israel's faults the basically act the way any far right person would want their own country to act let me find hypocritic image to hit home the point...
@Joe the boomer We have the most beautiful mass in all of Christendom!
i noticed haha
the reference to peter as rock in John does not proceed a confession
so that polemic is shit
are powerlifters even women?
how much fucking testosterone is she injecting every week shit
imagine spending hundreds of dollars a week
just so you can degrade your femininity
