Good stuff.
Has anyone ever heard of VShred program?
Anybody else have a lucky locker?
I always grab 14 myself.
Always use locker 14 crew checking in
If by chance someone beats me to it I'm always looking around to see who it was.
When another swole bro comes up to you in the gym and says, " you look like you know what youre doing, should I do this or that for this muscle" does that mean you're making it?
@Mark Vandal You're officially a Bro!!!

Feels good
Would anyone in north Georgia be interested in doing a caving trip later this month?
Im watching a documentary on the black backyard fight scene in Florida. They have the whole neighborhoods attending the fights. I confess I’ve quite a bit of respect for them. There’s a sort of Viking style honor an what they had going down there.
There’s a level of organization there that I find surprising lol
Nothing. But. Hooks.
Yup. Black dudes flail like no one else. That’s why we train that rollbar guard.
Dude I've seen that. How about when the cops say they let it go on because they know for that period of time, there will be no crime
Yeah I think that’s smart. The cops even watch
From what I see a guy that can move that trains cardio would wear them all out and then go to town. Not saying that guy is me cause as big as some of them are idk if I could stand after a good shot from some of them. Just with the resources available on the net and stuff you think they would be more prepared.
Well they’re pretty much just neighborhood guys. Like the old Irish and Italian fight clubs from back in the day. I’m not saying they’re good fighters, but I respect what they’re doing.
Lmao
Ok I'm 25 mins in
"Jimmy wanted an out, so the ref was it"
"....3 days lateh, jimmy was arrested for possesion of crack cocaine"
Oh ya no doubt. @Deleted User
ive not laughed that hard in a while
@BryceB-ND#1845 hahaha
this is a badass doc tho
idc who it is, blacks/vikings/irish, the community organized grassroots fight organization thing is entertaining
☝🏻 and worthwhile
I can't make too much fun though I guess
Now that I think about it, me and all my college buddies effectively did the same thing last year at their party house.
But we didn't do it bareknuckle lmao
they had a hard wood floor, we'd arrange the couches into a ring
and it was boxing rules in a small space so no running for 30 second rounds
I’m a strong believer in warrior culture. Not murder a guy because he insulted the rims on your 1991 Acura culture, but warrior culture. Controlled physical combat as a way of resolving disputes and galvanizing a community is a good thing imo.
My friends and I used to do the same back in the day. We used light gloves 8oz I think. And we tried to beat the shit out of each other. No body took cheap shots nobody did anything disrespectful. Only time we had a problem there was a Mexican kid that had been wanting to fight me so I invited him to box as we called it. I wore his head out for the whole first round 60 seconds and he didn't want to go the second round and of course I was running my mouth to him and he swung and connected with my chin after he had allready taken his gloves off and a couple of my buddy's grabbed him at the same time and slammed him. That was the only time anything like that happened sure we had guys get mad and stuff but we all always shook hands before we left.
Yeah our sparring clubs aim to be a recreation of that sort of thing. Absent the Mexican guy.
Honestly used to be me
