i thought the explanation of trauma in blacks was why they couldnt succeed in America? do i have that right? if extreme historical trauma prevents you from doing well then it should apply to all ethnic groups especially survivors of genocide

They are generally the talented ones, at least what I encounter in college. They can lack the character flaws of American Blacks but are not bright by any means.
