I have mixed feelings about Euro immigration, on one hand I would love to see more Euros in America, especially Slavs, on the other that would either facilitate a brain drain, making some struggling Euro countries like Ukraine and Russia worse off. Or we get the worst immigrants from Europe which would make us worse off.

@Grayson It shouldn't be offensive to anyone, because we should be putting American interests first in America.

If someone gets offended that people don't want mass immigration from his ancestral homeland, he should probably rethink his priorities.

My family immigrated from Poland and I have absolutely no problem with Americans limiting immigration from Poland. In fact, I'd even be inclined to support it, since brain drain harms Poland a lot.

Immigration objectively increases suffering. Every time you "help" a European immigrant, you're taking away not only someone who may have useful skills that that country needs to improve itself, but you're also taking away someone who desires change in their country. That is precisely who the country needs if it wants to improve.

Also, you're not helping America by taking these people away either. You're sending a message to corporations that they can just fill opening by importing someone from somewhere else rather than investing in training an American.
