Neighborhood building is a thing I’ve seen people discuss, really cool stuff
Well suburb on the KY side actually.
IE will flip Baltimore one day
We’ll all be living in charm city
You can buy a city block in Baltimore for like 50k
God, this is such indoctrination
I'm sitting here hearing about how hard blacks had it
boooooooriiiiing
You can buy a mediocre 3 bedroom house in CA for 500K
@Sam Southern - TN I can teach you!
The house I'm currently when we plan on turning to a rental in the next couple of years...
>tfw next week is thanksgiving break, then there’s only two more weeks of college and you’re done
Thank Christ tbh fam
Blacks had it so hard not being good at building civilizations
Doing business with friends can be tricky though lol
The blocks are only 50k
Everyone can rule their own little kingdom
Fiefdom
Exactly!
That's a good song
aaaahhhhh it's so annoying I don't care about redlining
I’m gonna plant a bunch of Turnips in my petty fief, y’all are welcome to come till
I wonder if growing up with this stuff just pushed me further right
It does getting annoying, doesn’t it
Is the redlining thing even real?
It seems like the whole argument is that people in certain neighborhoods couldn't get loans
>blacks have it SO HARD
>80% of blacks in the class are not academically prepared to be there
and those neighborhoods happened to be mostly black
could it be that people in those neighborhoods were... just less likely to pay back their loans?
No default risk is the same for everyone all the time always
It’s not like a higher premium is charged for a higher degree of default
Blacks honestly shoot themselves in the foot when it comes to their neighborhoods
Doesn’t exist!
@bspon002 sometimes literally
@missliterallywho I mean improvements wise
My brother showed me a video of two blacks playing Russian roulette wherein one of them shot himself once in each foot
They complain when people improve or move into their neighborhoods with more money because it's "gentrification"
Well once it's gentrified they can't afford to live there anymore
They create poverty bubbles where you're not allowed to. Improve your environment in order to keep things dirt cheap
