Re: Thanksgiving dinner conversations, my 12 y/o step-niece proudly proclaimed something she learned in one of her classes, and it was about how one American uses as much electricity as 30 indians (south asian) —I'm paraphrasing— I told her they will try to make you feel guilty, but don't be. Would you rather live without electricity? "No..." Then don't worry about it.
