Well, it's been a long time coming. The housing market wouldve imploded in 2008, not to mention various banks imploding, if it were not for the government patchjob of a 'stimulus package' which just allowed the bubble to grow even larger. I say we're pretty well due for one.
@Lawrence of Eurabia He could have the support of the Republican party and certainly the base if things with Trump go more sideways.

@Mr. Huxley - OH There won't be a collapse, if anything we'll probably just have a constant boom and bust cycle, basically a 2008 recession every 10 to 20 years. Though that might drive some the desire to radically restructure the economy.
