I agree, baking bacon is great when you need to fix a lot of bacon. It's also really convenient when your cooking other things at the same time because it's one less thing on the stove you have to keep from burning.

ooo noted. I buy the Hickory Sweet stuff, which is pretty good and pretty thick. Its on an excellent sale a lot of the time too, which makes it even more worth buying! I couldnt fit the entire package on the pan either. So theres still maybe 1/4 or a 1/5 of the package left that I will do on the pan sometimes soon since its not quite enough to justify the oven.
@Wardog Iβve run into the same problem with a pan not holding the whole package of Bacon I came up with two solutions.
Instead of leaving the bacon stretched out once on the pan I used my hands and moved the bacon back together also you can overlap the bacon a little as it will shrink anyway.
The other solution was to use two pans or load the same pan twice after the first batch is done and you pour off the grease.

lol I really didnt feel like doing a second batch today, but next time ill do that to make it easier. I got most of the package on there squeezing and slightly overlapping, but I didnt want to overlap too might. thanks for the tips though! They will be used in my next siege on the meats section of the grocery store.
