I added a cake mix to chocolate chip cookie dough recipe.
Then added a
1/2 cup of Almonds
1/2 cup of Walnuts
1 Cup of Dark C.C.
1 Cup of White C.C.

DON’T let your eyes FOOL YOU ..it’s cookie dough 🤣

They really turned out nice an are staying soft.

Now my Hippo Cookie Jar is as Fat , Dumb and Happy as I am. ☺️

Having some family over for dinner tonight.
I made burgers ,Chicken , eggplant parmigiana and baked potatoes with Apple pie for dessert.

Start these first

This is after I added marinara and parmigiana and melted the cheese

Blend the hamburger meat and season the Chicken

This is a trick to keep the chicken moist and NO little burnt parts cook them on the apple slices

Flip the chicken and the Burgers one time ONLY leave the apple slices down and just flip the chicken over on top and add bbq sauce

Done and Done

I made the Apple pie last night, but had to have a piece for Breakfast...you know had to Quality Check it 😋
