The real danger here is that the philosophical masturbation keeps new people who are attracted to our issues distracted and even frustrated because the idealism can't translate into solutions in real time. So many thoughts and ideas from the spheres that came before IE are so lofty and far off in the future that it's impossible to translate them into a physical, growing movement in the present.
More than anything, we need to be thinking about how to position ourselves to take advantage of our circumstances, and that's with reaching our people with issues they can easily advocate for. Our job is to grow this into a refuge, a new culture for our people that can inform and shape politics.
Thought experiments and idealism are fine, but they won't make a real movement thrive on their own. Only intelligent, largely thankless hard work and real organizing will do that.
I like some of the tactics, such as a potential for UBI. Too bad everything he touches turns to shit.
Anybody seen the new Moly documentary yet? Might watch it with some buddies tonight.
@Sam Anderson Moly?
Moleneux
Oooh
I must be the only one who kind of liked the Richard Spencer show.
Not yet
Oh that’s why molyneux was pandering to identitarians.
Go Pats
@ExternalPepsi I kinda liked Spencer back in the day, maybe a year ago. But that was bc his podcast was entertaining then and I knew little about him personally.
TBH Greg Conte and Don Camillo would be a better team.
I've heard bad stories about him but I don't know him and have never met him. I didn't listen to the full show so correct me if I'm wrong but he wasn't praising Islam, he was acknowledging its traditional aspects compared to our own society which has abandoned it's morals that were closer to current Muslims than to ourselves today.
Is conte still on the spencer train?
@⚡Clark⚡ Nah if I recall correctly he is kinda TRS adjacent at this point. Which is fairly stable and probably a good move by him.
You can acknowledge a strong suit of your enemy
Yeah I can see your point from a 10,000 ft view.
me vs this comp sci project
I get Spencer's appeal and I don't blame people for listening too him. But it's like eating candy, do it too much and you end up sick and blackpilled when his lofty ideals never come to fruition. Because of his vanity and naivety, which alienates most of his potential allies in the broader movement.
it’s autodesk recap
Spencer has no lofty ideals. He is good at talking, that's all. He is not a good person. Good words coming from a bad person are empty.
We need good people saying good things.
someone tell me the presidential run thing isn’t real
Probably isn't real

There we have it. A black Spider Man.
Apperantly that's canon
He's been in the comic since 2012
Worry more about him dating Gwen

marvel movies are my guilty pleasure
My misspent youth. Regretted, but not apologized for.
Spider man has been a mulatto-black kid for quite a few years now.
Hulk is an Asian guy, Captain America was/is black. Iron Man was made to be a black woman, and Wolverine was replaced by a female (and Thor, too)
Most of those comics collapsed due to low sales and Marvel is trying to bring the originals back
This is why Batman is the #1 selling comic book
Red pill: Marvel doesn't care about the comic books sales, it's just to keep the licensing so they can make movies that make Billions
"Diversity in Comics" is a good YT channel that criticizes SJ-wobble-U comics
is there any good music that's not completely degenerate left
