Shameful and dishonorable way to treat an elder who has done so much. No glorious contribution to humanity is ever enough to satiate the inquisitors of globalism's anti-white "Church of No Salvation."
AND HIS REMARKS ARE TRUE. Uff da...
Feelings don't care about your science
If they ever manage to put people on Mars the usual suspects / powers that be will make sure the first feet are a non-straight woman of brown color.
So, you know, mentally prepare for that. Unless Russia gets there first, which I would prefer at this point, just to make a point.
I hate that science has become a political standpoint now, like of you have skepticisms or criticisms of someone's work they are automatically a bad person according to the left
Leftists in 2006 “evolution is true you stoopid Christians”
Leftists in 2019 “stop looking at those IQ charts and saying they have something to do with evolution”
Like really how can you be an egalitarian without being a creationist?
@Sonic Holy crap that's depressing. I'd never want to check in with that regularly.
The left is anti science.
They are "pro science"™ what are you talking about
This is the same reason I'll always be skeptical of climate science, because there were literally labs shut down because "scientists" would fudge the data to fit the climate change narrative
NorCal is getting Evropa'd with a HARD V all over bros. Join our based ranks.
Science is just like magic, and I don't just mean in the Arthur C. Clarke "sufficiently advanced tech is indistinguishable from spells to the primitive" sense. Hear me out. In fiction and myth, there is often "Dark" and "Light" magic. Whether based on substance or intent. Same with science.
Other connotations of 'light' and 'dark' are amusing and perhaps coincidental. Or not?
I am living climate change every day, so I am sure the world is warming. I have near opposite solutions than the globalist oligarchy, of course.
Soggy huskies. Very sad.
Climate change is horrible and unnatural because of coal burning, now tweet about that on devices using electricity, of which 40% comes from straight coal burning
And use electric cars which essentially equate to coal cars
Not saying he is correct 100%. Just an anti-globalist deep ecology type
I don't disagree with him I was just pointing out how hypocritical most people are about climate change but don't do a damn thing about it
Very true.
Wait do people still believe in catastrophic man made climate change?!?
Greeshwashing
I mean define 'catastrophic.'
Ask Rocky Mountain people what mildler and shorter winters do to pine beetle populations and what that causes later.
I think there are problems, a lot of them come from China imo from their dirty country
I don’t believe human inputs are causing the climate to change. Perhaps it is changing but blaming it on fossil fuels was always a scam
Ask maple farmers in New England how recently irregular winters are affecting them, or you could ask me, and how my employer is doing worse every year.
Of course the majority of blame and solutions should be aimed at Asia and Africa.
@Ryan - IN
This topic has the potential to become "unproductive" quickly. So I will just say "ok."
Good afternoon IE, had a dream Guy Fieri was in IE and introduced Patrick before a speech so I'd say my day has already reached its high point
IDENTITY FLAVOR TOWN
"A town is no longer Flavor Town once it loses the ethnocultural flavor that made it that town in the first place." - Identitarian Guy Fieri
If we put people on other planets we will just end up being racist towards them.
Referring to the announcement: I know at least in my state it kinda makes sense that activity has slowed down as it's hard for people to travel here in the winter
That's a good point @StevePines -WA
Though I hope there is a concerted effort for people to stay in touch.
There has been, at least for this side of the state, and I've seen it for the other side of the state too, eastern Washington gets divided from Seattle in the winter by a mountain pass that's closed half the time
@Ryan - IN the biggest threat to the environment is not your cars exhaust, but the microscopic plastic particles that can be found in any place on earth killing the sea algae/plants that produce most of the oxygen on the planet and disrupt the endocrine system of pretty much all living things. Still a result of petroleum, we have basically created a global oil spill.
Good to know, Steve.
