Hello, everyone! My name is Chris, and Iโ€™m from California. Iโ€™m a finance major and a college freshman. I enjoy playing violin, rowing, camping, and hiking. It truly is an honor to be here, and I canโ€™t wait to interact with more IE members!

Thanks! Still trying to break the ice with my first post in general, lol

Well, I go to a uni where the student population is 23% white. My professors openly denigrate white heritage and culture, and most scholarships and opportunities on my campus are for non-whites only. Eventually, I realized that they donโ€™t just want me as a minority; they want me gone. I decided now was the time to join IE.

Great to have what is essentially a frat of like-minded people. Makes me feel like Iโ€™m not going crazy.

Thanks everyone!

Take it from me that being a minority in your state isnโ€™t fun, lol. Itโ€™s crazy for sure. Iโ€™ve watched even my neighborhood decline over time as more and more wondrous diversity pours in.

As a total number? Probably. But as a percentage, Iโ€™d be pleasantly surprisedโ€”but surprised nonethelessโ€”to find that out. @Logan

Haha, ironically enough, Jared Taylor was the first open identitarian I watched. I definitely agree he helped me stay sane.

Looks like a Papers, Please rip-off

Except Papers, Please was actually good.

Yeah, thereโ€™s plenty of rural communities that get on just fine without federal help or involvement. Those are the ones often with the best sense of community and cohesion.

Hello, @nord! Today is my first day in the server, too. Everyone here is super welcoming and nice, though!

Ted Cruz floated this idea shortly after El Chapoโ€™s arrest, and it didnโ€™t go anywhere. Letโ€™s hope it does this time, though, because itโ€™s brilliant.

The best part is that itโ€™d also apply to other drug dealers, as he says. Itโ€™s great in my opinion, and I hope it gets passed.

I assume thereโ€™d be discretionary powers in place, meaning that local crack dealers or something wouldnโ€™t be funding the wall or its maintenance, but drug money seized over the border or any money seized from big kingpins would likely fund it.

You had me at Steve King

Weโ€™ve all known itโ€™s not about funding for a while now. These people are the same ones wanting $40 trillion universal healthcare plans. Itโ€™s about this stopping the importation of new voters for them. If they donโ€™t go for it, though, thatโ€™ll red-pill more normies on that for sure.

"the Amazon Washington Post" Anti-trust lawsuits when?

Is it just me, or does the use of that phrase sound like a subtle implication of Trump thinking, "Bezos, you've got your hand in too many cookie jars, you globalist scum"?

"A town is no longer Flavor Town once it loses the ethnocultural flavor that made it that town in the first place." - Identitarian Guy Fieri

"Kids are refusing to eat my spoon-feedings of anti-white indoctrination meant to make them feel ashamed so they'll readily accept new replacement populaces."

Same!

Guy hung up on me mid-sentence, too, after saying heโ€™d be sure to pass the message on, lol

Donorsโ€™ dollars > votersโ€™ opinions = the mantra of the GOP it seems

Believe me, Bakersfield is nowhere near me, if thatโ€™s what youโ€™re saying

Hey, itโ€™s cool! Itโ€™s just that in Cali, going somewhere is always like a 3 or 4 hour drive, lol.

To which number? The local or the DC one? The local one didnโ€™t pick up for me either, so I left a message.

I completely agree with your statements, @Evan Thomas . We need that call to action to set forth real change.

But the proof that blacks and Hispanics continue to not vote for him or support him shows that they are voting along racial lines and not economic ones, right?

@ThisIsChris I see what you mean. Getting rid of the fear of being called racist is a powerful force and is what whites need to be energized as a voting bloc.

Haha, this guy must have his own business or something. No way heโ€™s this comfortable without being self-employed.

Also, heโ€™s said some risquรฉ things on there. Letโ€™s hope the DA isnโ€™t an activist and doesnโ€™t choose to charge him with a hate crime to appease the social justice masses.

I remember when I laughed at Alex Jones screaming about globalism, believing that he was screaming at an imaginary force. How mistaken I was.

Itโ€™s just a shame Jones is the one who popularized anti-globalism. Not very good optics, although Trumpโ€™s done a great job repairing the damage and normalizing it.

He was

He did this massive expose of that weird festival in the woods where former Presidents and business executives praise some weird wooden owl

Bohemian Grove is what it was called. Just remembered. Legitimately weird stuff.

Really? Is it legitimately some weird globalist organization, or is it much like the Freemasons who are harmless yet only seem creepy due to the ceremonies and rituals?

JEB!โ€™s still in politics? I thought he quit to pursue his flourishing guacamole bowl business.

We need national E-Verify. I wonder why Trump isnโ€™t doing this through executive order. Probably because he knows that some 9th Circuit judge will just automatically overrule it no matter what.

But he should at least try

Whatโ€™s the point of a Trump Supreme Court if heโ€™s not even trying to have any big cases decided at that level?

Iโ€™m personally not going to venture into conspiracy territory, but I hope to god Ivanka doesnโ€™t use this to pull on Trumpโ€™s heartstrings like she did to get him to launch missiles at Syriaโ€™s military.

โ€œDaddy, theyโ€™re being *MEAN*! Spend tens of billions of dollars and send more of our troops to die!โ€ - Ivanka, probably

Letโ€™s just get out of that hellhole. ISIS is 90% beaten, Israel can pick up the slack if they give so much of a shit, and we can prevent more senseless deaths of our soldiers while saving tens of billions of dollars.

It certainly wasnโ€™t 100% her of course. Thereโ€™s plenty more people in his administration and sphere of connections who want endless wars.

Eric Trump said it, too.

Looks like I was wrong on Trump himself saying that, though. Sorry, friend. Donโ€™t want to spread misinfo.

Where Iโ€™m at in California 1/4 of the ads are in Spanish for television commercials if thatโ€™s any consolation

Yeah, those minutes are massively helpful. Although the fear of an IE bankruptcy is now causing me some anxiety.

Youโ€™re right. Iโ€™m a violinist. I donโ€™t need to fret.

I actually ended up missing the fireside since I was performing some violin pieces. Beautiful European classical pieces and also a Civil War piece (was composed afterward but in the style). Do yourselves all a favor and see a live symphony perform some time.

I was in one for a while, and it helped me connect to my European roots musically.

Just got an exciting email about scholarships from my university! Too bad that the scholarships are for โ€œDREAMersโ€ aka illegal aliens who entered the country as kids.

Sure wish I could get more scholarships as someone who graduated high school with a 4.3 GPA. But nope! Iโ€™m too white.

Of the email? Sure, Iโ€™ll just cross out identifying info.

I graduated with a 4.3 GPA and only ended up getting $500 per semester in scholarship money for my current university. Couldn't end up going to an Ivy, either, since there was no way to pay for it despite my grades and other achievements.

This type of stuff can really hurt sometimes. Fortunately, fellowships for grad school are a lot more merit-based.

I personally plan on becoming an investment banker. I've been into finance ever since I saw what the financial crisis did to my father. Figured I'd have to change things from the inside given that regulatory capture and corporate donations make government regulation of investment banks almost impossible.

There's a reason Goldman Sachs is called Government Sachs

From high school, yeah. 4.0 unweighted. 4.3 weighted. Even studied economics at Harvard for a summer semester when I was 16.

But my dad made a lot of money, and I was a white male. Ended up getting offered a couple thousand in financial aid and around $15K/yr in scholarships, but Harvard is around $70K a year. No way I could pay.

Still have my old Harvard ID and everything. I plan to apply for business school there and get a fellowship once I'm done with undergrad.

I also still like Pokemon. Fight me.

Trades vs college?

I have to do this hellish mix of university and certifications

Trades are underrated and were spoken about in such a derogatory way at my HS

Oof. My uni isn't the best, either, but I'm going for the best grad schools.

Since your highest level of education is only what matters

Which trades are the most accessible?

That's great. My dad had to get a ton of welding certifications when he first started working, and he still knows how to.

He works in the semiconductor industry

Pay is outstanding

Damn. Most I've ever made is $20/hr, and that was only during the midterm elections doing outreach and statistical modeling.

Just wondering, is "damn" considered profanity by the mods here?

Everyone fearmongers about trucking jobs being gone in a few years due to automation. That's BS. Look on any job site and 1/4 of the jobs are trucking or driving-related.

I absolutely love driving, so I'd do trucking in a heartbeat, but most places here in Cali require you to be 21.

Which is totally fair. I wouldn't want someone with two years max of driving experience (18) driving an 18-wheeler, either

Thank you! I'll certainly look into it, @missliterallywho ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Woah, people are doing activism at MJC? Nice! Theyโ€™ve been pretty regressive, and itโ€™s nice to see something being done on their campus.

@Virgil Thanks for the suggestion! My dadโ€™s a military man, and he said his work in the chemical corps was a massive help later on in his career.

Yeah, Iโ€™m trying to save up as much as possible in case I donโ€™t get a good fellowship for grad school. Doing a trade while in college would be a massive benefit due to the pay. Thanks for the suggestions, friends. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

House Democrats have already said theyโ€™re rejecting the deal. I think this was a good move on the part of Trump. It shows that the Dems are the ones responsible for the shutdown since theyโ€™re not willing to negotiate or compromise.

All federal employees currently furloughed become fireable in two days. Thatโ€™s a whitepill, at least.

Yeah, my first awakening was a BLM protest on campus during 2016 when I was told I couldnโ€™t watch since โ€œmy people are the problemโ€.

If worst comes to worst, we can all just buy land in like Montana or something and have a big IE area with like-minded people.

Hey, itโ€™s just a worst comes to worst idea. Gotta minimize suffering somehow.

I donโ€™t even necessarily want to secede like that. All it really takes to get away from the world is getting 10 people together, each buying 10 acres, and then just chilling with your little village of 10 or so people on 100 acres.

But Caliโ€™s Supreme Court already ruled secession from the state illegal. Theyโ€™ll call in the troops. @Nico The Great - CA

@FACINEMA Just donโ€™t molest your underage members and stockpile illegal explosives. Youโ€™ll be good if you donโ€™t give the feds any reason to invade. IE is great at keeping activism and actions legal. Thereโ€™s no law prohibiting buying 100 acres of land and splitting it up amongst 10 people.

If he wins re-election, weโ€™ll see what happens. I hope heโ€™s saving the mass deportations and ending birthright citizenship for his second term since thatโ€™ll be his last term and he doesnโ€™t need to worry about optics for re-election.
