@VinceChaos I want to believe the people with the shiny things on their collars in Pakistan and India are probably just as smart and nearly as trained as our shiny thing wearers but there is probably an environmental threshold for that which could compromise their development. For example, if everyone around you is an 85 IQ thief compared to just one in five that is a huge cultural effect that the rich and honest can't escape.
