When I was fatter and hadn't done anything for multiple months I could easily do a 10 minute mile
And I'd even walk every once in awhile

Girls lack testosterone, which is responsible for building muscle. If you're female, you're highly unlikely to have that "shredded" look regardless of how much you exercise.
