I lost about 18lbs since this quarantine shit started. My metabolism is high and makes it hard for me to gain unless I eat absolute shit food, like Marie Callender's and nothing but microwave meals for months

I'm 6ft and was at 182 now I'm around 165. Highest I got was 203 when I was eating absolute garbage like microwave meals every night since I was living in a hotel

the only time in my life when I gained significant weight that wasn't muscle was when I literally ate nothing but shittons of cheap beer, delivery pizza, fried chicken, every single day
