Forgive the form, I was beat from the previous sets.
This was after 4-5 sets of wide pull ups, bench, pec flys , ohp, and more
And forgive the sweaty ass
I lost about 18lbs since this quarantine shit started. My metabolism is high and makes it hard for me to gain unless I eat absolute shit food, like Marie Callender's and nothing but microwave meals for months
