1. Cercle Proudhon server
2. 18
3. Australia
4. Its retarded. No true third positionist should support what is advocated for in that book
5. undesirable goal
6. I am a fascist and third positionist. I believe in the dismantling of liberal democracy and capitalism and the establishment of a strong state that will defend the interests of the collective. I think labels like left and right are pretty arbitrary.
7. ive been interested in politics for about 3 years. would like to learn more about idealist philosophy
8. Liberals need to be taught how destructive their ideology is and why materialism and individualism should be opposed.
9. a world free from materialist and individualist systems.
10. it promotes degeneracy and hedonism.
11. Agnostic
12. i oppose all materialist worldviews
13. i would consider myself a cultural and ethnic nationalist
14. im anti-imperialis
15. yes
16. i dont support accelerationism, although i think U/Acc has some interesting analyses
ever since i graduated HS i havent really had to use a pen that much
@Ginnungagap exactly. Iโm not sure the specifics on Mussoliniโs views but Hitler considered Christianity a feeble religion and incompatible with Fascism. He actually viewed Islam in a much more positive light
Nice to see someone who understands this as oppose to all the larpers who want a fascist Christian theocracy or whatever
Wrt Gentile I doubt this dude even knows who that is lol
yeah he had a few good takes on Christianity. You can really tell which fascists today have read up on what they are talking about and which ones havent based on their views on religion
i find it extremely hard to take the christian clerical "fascists" seriously
``` "You see, it's been our misfortune to have the wrong religion. Why didn't we have the religion of the Japanese, who regard sacrifice for the fatherland as the highest good? The Mohammedan religion too would have been much more compatible to us than Christianity. Why did it have to be Christianity with its meekness and flabbiness?"```
- Adolf Hitler
i just consider myself a fascist but i do have a lot of respect for Jose Antonio and the Falange @Ginnungagap
fair
religiously im just agnostic/atheist but i recognise the potential usefulness of religion
^
"clerical fash catholic"
cringe
imagine thinking christianity and fascism are at all compatible
as Hitler said, its a meek and flabby religion
Hitler, Gentile, Mussolini all hated christianity
``` "You see, it's been our misfortune to have the wrong religion. Why didn't we have the religion of the Japanese, who regard sacrifice for the fatherland as the highest good? >fascist
>reactionary
>christian
yikes.
read marinetti
@Huursa welcome ๐
i generally prefer punitive justice but i think rehabilitation is necessary for people like drug abusers. death penalty should apply to pre-mediated murderers, rapists and pedophiles
pre-mediated murderers, rapists and pedophiles certainly dont deserve to live imo
i think the kill all criminals guy was joking lol
chill
<:cringe:591181675426217995>
there are much better alternatives to capitalism than communism
i oppose all materialism
Some people donโt deserve to be treated as humans. Eg. pedophiles
it means you are an african
european socialist libertarianism has existed longer than the american conception of it @Flash
anarchism was originally a socialist idea as well
libertarianism of any form is dumb though
what
@Flash look up Proudhon, Kropotkin, Bakunin etc
socialism literally originated as a libertarian idea
with Fourier, Owen etc
yes, anarchism is a form of libertarianism lol
and they referred to themselves as libsocs as well as anarchists
yes thats the very recent american conception of libertarianism
the european conception of libertarian socialism has existed since the 1800s and refers to anti statism
yes, libertarian socialism and anarchism were used pretty much synonymously by people like Proudhon, Bakunin etc
you also had people like Charles Fourier who were the precursors to these ideas
and Robert Owen
the capitalist "right-libertarianism" is relatively a very recent thing
first ever person to use the term "libertarian" was a communist
@Flash their ideology is liberalism which comes from people like john locke
``I'd rather call them marxists``
if you think modern liberals are marxists you either dont know what marxism is or you dont know what modern liberalism is lol
eh, marxists can be socially conservative. Marx himself was a supporter of the nuclear family and was fairly racist
pretty much all the historical socialists were either racist or misogynistic tho
or both in the case of Proudhon
``Up until recent decades socialists were hardly distinguishable from extreme right ideologies``
i mean this is just wrong
and depends what you mean by "extreme right ideologies"
no its not
Hitler hated christianity lol
no he wasnt
Hitler literally considered christianity incompatible with fascism
^

@OrthoGoat
also yeah the swastika is a buddhist symbol
not catholic lmao
Gentile, Mussolini, Hitler all hated christianity although Mussolini utilized the church for political gain
Hitler did too to an extent
he utilized the vatican for political gain but yeah
most of the Italian fascists hated christianity especially Marinetti
@Doktor Goon yeah that was cause of how connected italian society was with the vatican
he would of been an idiot not to
@Flash read up on Gentile rather than Mussolini then
Gentile really started the fascist movement and gave a philosophical basis for it
he ghost wrote part of one his books yes
but he wrote a lot of his own material
Origins and Doctrines of Fascism was written by him and is IMO the best introduction to fascist thought
if you are interested in learning about the philosophical base of it then i'd recommend The Theory of Mind as Pure Act also by Gentile
@EseWoods welcome
Marx is incredibly important. I encourage every fascist to try get through Das Kapital
yeah i know
the manifesto is alright, introduces you to a few concepts but its really just a propaganda pamphlet
what
"opium of the people" isnt an anti religious quote
thats a misinterpretation
he was saying that religion was a kind of illusionary happiness, that people who were oppressed were religious because it gave them hope etc. back in those days opium was used as a sort of painkiller. in that same quote Marx refers to religion as the "sigh of the oppressed creature"
1. Marx never advocated for secularism. he advocated for the withering away of the state
2. thats literally the quote. "Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, and the soul of soulless conditions. It is the opium of the people". im not sure how you can interpret this in any other way to what i mentioned. He is saying that religion gives people hope which is why so many oppressed people (workers) were religious. Opium in those days was literally a painkiller. He is essentially saying that it makes people complacent with this life while giving them hope for the next
if you just take that quote to mean "haha drugs bad therefore religion bad" then im not sure what to do with you lol
@Ginnungagap because it takes away muh human rights /s
holy shit
@Flash do you actually think Marx's on the jewish question is anti semitic? have you actually read the essay or did you just see the title and think hurr durr anti semitism
thats
a yikes
are you aware of Marx's theory of dialecticial materialism and his materialist conception of history
because thats what the essay was about
most who have actually read Marx's work would consider Stalin a revision of Marx
this is the second time you have taken a quote you saw on wikipedia out of context and misinterpreted it with your extremely simplistic world view
<:really:591181753625083905>
prageru doesnt count @Flash
you realise that Hjalmar Schacht was a top nazi economist @Flash
also yeah we should move out of this channel
cause this isnt a religious discussion
