i generally prefer punitive justice but i think rehabilitation is necessary for people like drug abusers. death penalty should apply to pre-mediated murderers, rapists and pedophiles
The prison system should punish you for your crimes but also make sure you have some training so you don’t re offend and can get a normal life

there is no need to treat a human less than human
Rehab is great but we need some punishment for whatever the person did
Some people don’t deserve to be treated as humans. Eg. pedophiles
Pedos get the death penalty
But I’m not calling them non human
Just giving that human what it deserves
