2017-12-08 20:14:39 UTC

it's all about dat pathos

2017-12-08 20:14:43 UTC

I love how we're talking red pill stuff on the nutrition board, haha

2017-12-08 20:14:48 UTC

Normies sound like women

2017-12-08 20:14:51 UTC

redpilling is healthy

2017-12-08 20:15:23 UTC

Yeah, let's get back to talking about steroids. I mean onions, I mean turkey burgers.

2017-12-08 20:15:31 UTC

https://www.liveleak.com/view?i=cb0_1447249820 @Deleted User when the time is right and it's timed well, show your wife this.

2017-12-08 20:15:42 UTC

are you saying malcom x is based ironically?

2017-12-08 20:15:45 UTC

I've turned hard left shit libs with this

2017-12-08 20:16:09 UTC

It's nuclear fire. It'll burn through anything. My crimson redpill

2017-12-08 20:16:41 UTC

Fellas

2017-12-08 20:16:42 UTC

Thanks, brother.

2017-12-08 20:16:47 UTC

Let's talk about nutrition in here please

2017-12-08 20:16:48 UTC

Haha

2017-12-08 20:17:14 UTC

I like bok choy

2017-12-08 20:17:31 UTC

Cabbage has anti-estrogen properties

2017-12-08 20:17:41 UTC

especially purple

2017-12-08 20:17:45 UTC

Potatoes and cabbage

2017-12-08 20:17:46 UTC

word

2017-12-08 20:18:13 UTC

yeah. raw is ideal

2017-12-08 20:19:44 UTC

wtf so far Iโ€™ve learned that I canโ€™t eat onions and cabbage now bc Iโ€™ll turn into the embodiment of testosterone

2017-12-08 20:20:35 UTC

the likelyhood that you can signifigantly alter your hormonal profile in any way through dietary messures is very low

2017-12-08 20:20:40 UTC

it's not going to turn you into a guy overnight

2017-12-08 20:20:54 UTC

same as drinking one glass of soy isn't going to turn you into a soy creature

2017-12-08 20:21:05 UTC

soy is litterlly fine

2017-12-08 20:21:14 UTC

it's bioaccumulative, and over the course of months

2017-12-08 20:21:25 UTC

nothing you eat will change your hormones

2017-12-08 20:21:29 UTC

if your healthy

2017-12-08 20:21:38 UTC

beside maybe hoppy beer

2017-12-08 20:22:19 UTC

then how do you explain the mass amount of effeminate men in western society

2017-12-08 20:22:37 UTC

Nah mate, I was a major soyboy because I specifically scarfed soy products. It does accumulate over time, trust me.

2017-12-08 20:22:37 UTC

its probs not food

2017-12-08 20:22:45 UTC

no way

2017-12-08 20:22:48 UTC

like 1/3 white men are effete pussies

2017-12-08 20:23:01 UTC

it's _definitely_ environmental causes mate

2017-12-08 20:23:04 UTC

100%

2017-12-08 20:23:05 UTC

no becuse of soy

2017-12-08 20:23:13 UTC

bro trust us

2017-12-08 20:23:14 UTC

There's evidence going both ways on soy

2017-12-08 20:23:15 UTC

it's a thing

2017-12-08 20:23:17 UTC

not just soy

2017-12-08 20:23:30 UTC

theres zero scientific evidence you can present to demonstate soy having a noticible estrogenic effect

2017-12-08 20:23:34 UTC

prove me wrong

2017-12-08 20:23:49 UTC

proven wrong

2017-12-08 20:23:54 UTC

2000 BBC documentary

2017-12-08 20:23:54 UTC

Phytoestrogens are 1000x less potent than actual estrogen, but if you have enough soy, they can block your hormone receptors and effectively allow your body to create less test.

2017-12-08 20:24:00 UTC

link sources

2017-12-08 20:24:11 UTC

i dont wanna watch some presentation

2017-12-08 20:24:34 UTC

This is a really good BBC doc on the lowering of test in the west and how it's directly tied to environmental causes

2017-12-08 20:24:36 UTC

@shyguy Also there is evidence, if women with imbalanced hormones take a tablescpoon of flax seed every day for a month, their estrogen will increase by 96%.

2017-12-08 20:24:40 UTC

soy dosent even have that much phytoestrogen

2017-12-08 20:24:44 UTC

I would strongly recommend it

2017-12-08 20:24:53 UTC

Plastic is also a key source of estrogen

2017-12-08 20:25:06 UTC

Moobs

2017-12-08 20:25:10 UTC

and as an endochrin disrupter

2017-12-08 20:26:41 UTC

Even if soy isnt the direct culprit of high estrogen levels in men it IS more like that men who consume more soy also consume less red meat thus causing higher estrogen levels.

2017-12-08 20:27:05 UTC

Soy isn't the direct culprit. I don't think anyone is saying that, because it isn't

2017-12-08 20:27:10 UTC

It's one _of many_ culprits

2017-12-08 20:27:19 UTC

"Nutrition is key, nutrition is essential, nutrition defines your health... but nutrition has ABSOLUTELY NO EFFECT on hormones!... Because I said so!"

2017-12-08 20:27:26 UTC

Nice try ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

2017-12-08 20:27:39 UTC

Trying to keep the onions to yourself

2017-12-08 20:27:47 UTC

onionjews confirmed

2017-12-08 20:27:54 UTC

Onion hoarding is against IE policy.

2017-12-08 20:29:29 UTC

Insulin insensitivity from eating too much sugar is also related to low testosterone

2017-12-08 20:30:31 UTC

The average American is consuming like 3 times the recommended dose of sugar daily

2017-12-08 20:31:03 UTC

Why would you eat soy in the first place?

2017-12-08 20:31:17 UTC

Yeah ikr

2017-12-08 20:31:20 UTC

who defends soy

2017-12-08 20:31:27 UTC

Eat meat, tomatoes, vegetables, nut, and lots of water. Your test and fertility will be perfect then.

2017-12-08 20:31:29 UTC

soy war now

2017-12-08 20:31:45 UTC

Liver is high testosterone. PLus you can cook it with onions ๐Ÿ˜‰

2017-12-08 20:33:29 UTC

>my backwoods ancestors have been right all along, eating liver and onion

2017-12-08 20:34:46 UTC

I just cannot eat liver

2017-12-08 20:35:13 UTC

The husband loves it though

2017-12-08 20:35:16 UTC

Yeah I hate it

2017-12-08 20:35:39 UTC

I really wanted to like it too

2017-12-08 20:35:51 UTC

Because it is nutrient dense

2017-12-08 20:36:04 UTC

Haggis is good tho

2017-12-08 20:36:43 UTC

Where do you get haggis ๐Ÿ˜

2017-12-08 20:37:14 UTC

My friend said he's making Kalops. Anyone ever heard of it?

2017-12-08 20:37:38 UTC

No, is it scary hehe

2017-12-08 20:38:00 UTC

@Brooke Any Scottish resteraunt or even British ones if they have it! Scottish festivals, too ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

2017-12-08 20:38:25 UTC

Now haggis, that is a sheep's stomach filled with oats or

2017-12-08 20:38:39 UTC

Am I getting this right

2017-12-08 20:39:54 UTC

"Haggis is a savoury pudding containing sheep's pluck (heart, liver, and lungs); minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock"

2017-12-08 20:40:13 UTC

Wew

2017-12-08 20:40:28 UTC

Pudding

2017-12-08 20:41:12 UTC

It sounds intense but really it's like any other meat. It's great but not for everyone, like liver

2017-12-08 20:41:30 UTC

I would try it once

2017-12-08 20:42:08 UTC

If I ever had the chance lol

2017-12-08 20:42:46 UTC

Sounds nasty

2017-12-08 20:42:50 UTC

But I'd try it

2017-12-08 20:43:38 UTC

I think it's a traditional food

2017-12-08 20:44:07 UTC

So maby Scottish people today won't eat it ๐Ÿ˜

2017-12-08 20:46:34 UTC

Tfw don't live in the 9th century Scottish highlands, raising sheep ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜•

2017-12-08 20:47:38 UTC

You have to cook liver right for it to be good. It is easy to do wrong.

2017-12-08 20:48:34 UTC

First fry bacon and onions. Remove from pan. bread your liver with flour and pepper. Fry in butter for only a few minutes per side. You want rare or medium rare. Salt after cooking. THen enjoy ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
