Even if soy isnt the direct culprit of high estrogen levels in men it IS more like that men who consume more soy also consume less red meat thus causing higher estrogen levels.

2017-12-08 20:27:05 UTC

Soy isn't the direct culprit. I don't think anyone is saying that, because it isn't

2017-12-08 20:27:10 UTC

It's one _of many_ culprits

Nice try 👌🏻

Trying to keep the onions to yourself

2017-12-08 20:27:47 UTC

onionjews confirmed

2017-12-08 20:27:54 UTC

Onion hoarding is against IE policy.

2017-12-08 20:29:29 UTC

Insulin insensitivity from eating too much sugar is also related to low testosterone

2017-12-08 20:30:31 UTC

The average American is consuming like 3 times the recommended dose of sugar daily

2017-12-08 20:31:03 UTC

Why would you eat soy in the first place?

2017-12-08 20:31:17 UTC

Yeah ikr

2017-12-08 20:31:20 UTC

who defends soy

2017-12-08 20:31:27 UTC

Eat meat, tomatoes, vegetables, nut, and lots of water. Your test and fertility will be perfect then.

2017-12-08 20:31:29 UTC

soy war now

2017-12-08 20:31:45 UTC

Liver is high testosterone. PLus you can cook it with onions 😉

2017-12-08 20:33:29 UTC

>my backwoods ancestors have been right all along, eating liver and onion

2017-12-08 20:34:46 UTC

I just cannot eat liver

2017-12-08 20:35:13 UTC

The husband loves it though

2017-12-08 20:35:16 UTC

Yeah I hate it

2017-12-08 20:35:39 UTC

I really wanted to like it too

2017-12-08 20:35:51 UTC

Because it is nutrient dense

2017-12-08 20:36:04 UTC

Haggis is good tho

2017-12-08 20:36:43 UTC

Where do you get haggis 😁

2017-12-08 20:37:14 UTC

My friend said he's making Kalops. Anyone ever heard of it?

2017-12-08 20:37:38 UTC

No, is it scary hehe

2017-12-08 20:38:00 UTC

@Brooke Any Scottish resteraunt or even British ones if they have it! Scottish festivals, too 😃

2017-12-08 20:38:25 UTC

Now haggis, that is a sheep's stomach filled with oats or

2017-12-08 20:38:39 UTC

Am I getting this right

2017-12-08 20:39:54 UTC

"Haggis is a savoury pudding containing sheep's pluck (heart, liver, and lungs); minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock"

2017-12-08 20:40:13 UTC

Wew

2017-12-08 20:40:28 UTC

Pudding

2017-12-08 20:41:12 UTC

It sounds intense but really it's like any other meat. It's great but not for everyone, like liver

2017-12-08 20:41:30 UTC

I would try it once

2017-12-08 20:42:08 UTC

If I ever had the chance lol

2017-12-08 20:42:46 UTC

Sounds nasty

2017-12-08 20:42:50 UTC

But I'd try it

2017-12-08 20:43:38 UTC

I think it's a traditional food
