What would you say if I told you that Brigadier Vishnu Naidoo is A LIAR? He, and every other SAPS officer who perpetuate the lie that late renewals are not possible, and that the only recourse for people with expired licences is to surrender the firearms to the SAPS for destruction are liars and are perpetrating a fraud on the South African public.
