the professors were a combo of ex and current well-respected journos from local and provincial levels

and a lot of my classmates work for local stations too, like I do now

I can ring up my old program director anytime, and she always knows what's going on around town

I consider that more important than the lessons themselves TBH, most you can learn as you go
