Like every person was called a liar by Jesus.
The problem always come back to: who decides what is true.
And the answer always ends up as: the state.
I think the revolutionary idea that the individual should has been a thorn in the side of the rest of the world for some time.
people? having their own ideas? _never!_
I mean who would openly not agree with the state?! *Stares at you*
inner dialogue: **"oh no, if I say lot's of people they'll gulag me for saying things that are wrong, but if I say no-one then they'll gulag me for lying!!! what to do???"**
Gulag for sweating too much
>literally what if people actually believe the lies that they tell
>criminalizing beliefs
>literal thought-crimes
theyre already doing that
Yeah, IK
It should be one of those idea's relegated to politics for children: Illegalize lying - We've tried it, and its never worked.
"but miss, why don't we just make lying illegal?"
"every body, I want you to tell Suzy why that's stupid, and after we've all had a go we're going to spend the next fifteen minutes pointing and laughing at her"
: (
@Comando Many of his ideas are bizarre, but I'm mainly interested in the reciprocity aspect of his philosophy
Which extends the voluntary exchange concepts of libertarianism
I've spent most of the night since 12 arguing with some dumb cunt about Starship Troopers being a shitty satire of fascism because it holds to much of the original source material
I'm convinced Brexit is never going to happen at this point.
Sure feels like it, doesn't it?
But at least it seems BoJo is trying, I just hope people where I am from remember as a predominantly Leave area how hard our local MP fought to ignore our result
His best option now, and I think what he's been actally aiming for, is for an extension to Jan 2020 during which he fights an election on a people vs the parliament platform
He can now do that since he's purged his party of 21 wets
Tbh guys, most nations by now would've done somthing citizenry wise.
Half the reason we're in these messes is litterally because our citizenry does nothing.
Take the US, the US government has somthing to fear from it's citizenry.
The UK government on the other hand has -zero- to fear from it's citizenry.
That's how I feel about it all anyhow right now :V
**WHERE IS THE RAGE???**
Its true
As funny as that actually is
It's litterally true
I feel as if I could make a sketch out of it all. People: "We voted for this and won.." Government "We'll do the opposite." People: "Oh well thats what we get for bothering to vote..." Me "Wat"
And that is litterally the mentality of it all lol
I mean lets be honest, if somthing like this happened to the Americans. They'd be going insane right now.
I just don't understand how we're content with this kind of thing.
I know that mindset
It's common in post-communist countries
Well yeah
But thats the thing, over the year I've been learning more about how communists lived, their houses etc
