I'm a very tall 5'8", I'm 3 standard devations above the average manlet.
You look like a superhero from the 50s
Lol thanks guys, I wasn't even gonna take a picture like that (I'm not that vain irl) but my gf and mom were like "w.e you're here, might not be again, go do it" haha
Some canadian guys thought it was hilarious and they took some shots too 😂
awfully reminiscent of the golden one in that
At the iron temple repping his clothes as we speak <:onionsun:394101074526601226>
@BryceB-ND#1845 Lookin good brother, epic pic in the canyon.
Looking thick, solid, tight borther
I think I've been to that exact spot at the Grand Canyon @BryceB-ND
It's such a crazy place, indescribable. And pictures do it no justice. The views are tremendous.
Been hovering at about 170 as of late. Going to make another cut in another month to get to 165.
I was wondering how long it was going to take you to start using spurdofilters
Solid, how tall are you again?
5'8" 1/2 to be specific
But I normally just say 5'9"
@Suomi Stronk Looks like your cut has went very nicely my brother. Looking like a Spartan.
@Suomi Stronk have you noticed a decrease in strength with the cut? If so how significant?
@Zyklonius B Gassem-LA Yes I have. A specific example would be my bench press. I went from being 200 lbs and repping 225x14 to now being 225x9.
@Suomi Stronk how did you feel at 200 lbs in terms of endurance? I'd like to try to get to 200 but I need to stay pretty mobile for rugby.
Can't be running out of breath right away
@Zyklonius B Gassem-LA Honestly, I felt a lot more weighted down. I still had speed and quickness, but nowhere near what I'm at now. I can actually run 3 miles without dying now.
maybe I shouldn't worry so much about BW then. I'm still making gains at my current weight
I imagine it was tough to stay at 200 as well
Meh, it wasn't that bad. ~3000 calories a day, lots of carbs and protein
Saw this gem on the way to gym
Lol, probably a soy boy. @Matt 🔱#8369
Everyone at that gym is in really good shape so sadly probably not
Well damn @Matt 🔱#8369
The pyramid begins. 315x10, then 2 less reps but 10 more lbs. RIP my back.
Yup, everything hurts
least you'll reap the gains
