@everyone - These playlists I've made might be of interest to you, especially if you're looking to get some extra fire behind a workout.
is there any harebreed on that play list
hatebreed always gets me hella pumped
I haven't listened to them enough to include their music. Any albums you specifically recommend?
This is pretty good, I usually just listen to the /pol/ anthem on repeat or mr. Bond. Both are really good.
Also check out Power Level by Mr. Bond
@Caboose satisfaction is the death of desire...hatebreed's best album
You guys have any tips on strength training? I work manual labor and I’m really tired of my muscles feeling completely dead whenever I come home
@NITRODUBS I work manual labour as well. The trick for me is to do it first thing in the morning, before going to work. I feel like it makes me less tired at work and gives me more energy. That's why I go to bed at 8 every night now. So I can wake up at 4, cook breakfast, be at the gym and then to work by 7
My only problem is I already have to wake up at 4 so I don’t know how I’d manage that hahaha
I lost a lot of weight since I started working there and i just feel a lot weaker now
You probably just need to eat better, and more
mainly just more
sounds like your job is giving you enough training stimuli
and give it time
your job will make you stronger
(i work construction)
I always go to the gym about 2 hours after work, 4-5 days a week. Eat enough carbs and take my pre workout and I'm usually good to go.
Pre workout is a blessing for you then , yeah
Take it after work
How many hours of sleep are you getting each night?
I get like 6
I try and get 8, but usually end up at 6-7
I'm making gains so it's all good
7-9. Sleep is number one factor in health, happiness, recovery, brain health
Arnold says all you need is 6 hours. "sleep faster"
granted he's probably just saying that because it sounds good
and the roids
sleep 20 hours, gym 2, eat 2
honestly it's all about sleep and diet
gym 30 minutes, eat 10 hours, sleep 10 hours, watch anime 3 hours and 30 minutes
